AFTER a busy few days of Champions League and Europa League action we head into what looks a tough weekend card.
I've posted my Super Single shortlist and my full focus is on Saturday's card.
Virtually all the big games are on Sunday so picking out feature games for my Daily Record columns hasn't been easy.
There are a few decent games to look at on Friday including Southampton v Leicester in the Premier League and Ayr v Dundee. Leicester should beat a side that's picked up just one point in four games and that was away to Wolves last weekend.
Leicester are 11-8 with BetVictor and that looks a decent price for side lying third in the table and I'm happy to take that as a Super Single.
Ayr have lost their last two but should beat Dundee with Mark Kerr appointed as manager and they are 6-5 at bet365. Dee's form isn't the best and last week's 3-1 loss at home to Partick Thistle was a shocker but best could be both to score.
Other games include Verona v Sassuolo, Mainz v Cologne, Nantes v Monaco and Eupen v Anderlecht. Also have French Ligue 1 and Dutch Eerste matches to look at.
My full concentration is on Saturday's card but for a Friday treble I'm going with both to score at Southampton and Ayr and Nantes draw no bet at home to Monaco. Second-placed Nantes, who have dropped just two points at home, look big at 2-1 to beat a struggling side without an away win.

On Thursday there were loads of winners on the Europa League so well done to everyone.
It was a great night for the Brits with Man United, Arsenal, Wolves and Celtic all winning and Rangers notching a fine draw at Porto.
Celtic featured heavily on my lines but I chose the wrong Super Single – going for Odsonne Edouard to score instead of Celtic and over 2.5 goals which I also tipped. Another option was Alfredo Morelos to score at 3-1 and I said that was a big price – in the Premiership he's usually 3-1 to net first.
My goals treble just lacked a Trabzonspor strike but my Top Treble landed at 16-5 thanks to Celtic or draw, Eintracht and btts at Gent.
Finally the night wouldn't be complete without a mention of our old friend Willie Collum. He'll need to score Rome off his list of holiday destinations after the Scots ref handed Monchengladbach a last-minute penalty equaliser when he awarded a penalty when the ball smashed in to the face of Chris Smalling.

Ladbrokes customer service is consistently the worst, and they’ve got some good competition.
I accidentally put a 4 point double on yesterday, Malen to score for PSV, and frankfurt to win and over 2.5. I had meant to do 2 x 2 point singles.
No problem, I’ll tell Ladbrokes. Cue some absolute feckin eejit explaining why they couldn’t void the bet as, in the 5 minutes since placing it, the price had changed. Nothing like customer service, eh.
Anyway, just thought I’d flag it up not least as I had the last laugh. Malen didn’t play and frankfurt did the business.
I’ll try to avoid Ladbrokes in the future and hope their service improves in the meantime. Right, time for my breakfast Tennant’s Super and Toast…
Problem with most bookies is the customer services team are going by the book.
Traders call the shots and you should always request they talk to them.
Having said that a price change is one factor that can prevent them voiding a bet because they could argue that has swayed your opinion rather than it being accidental.

I agree it was my fault acsafc, I make no bones about it. But I immediately went on to live chat, explained my mistake and asked that they apply some basic customer service and understanding and void the bet.
Had I been able to cash out, id have done so. But that wasn’t an option. A reasonable bookie, in my opinion, would exercise their discretion. Yes, I made a mistake, but it would cause them no loss to void it.
Like I say, I was bloody delighted when it won. They’d have made more had they voided it.

Think Burnley DC is a good bet myself for Saturday Evening, different ball game altogether coming to Turf Moor after that tiresome trip to the Netherlands. Spotted some major value with bookings in fc koln v mainz in bundesliga tonight. Both are in dire form and need points picking up. This game has a good history of bookings and also both teams rnak in the top 4 for bookings in bundesliga so far this season. Referee stats are good with this ref giving out a high number of cards per game 8,6,9,4 with only 2 recent low card counts.
Bet365 have line set at 4.5 cards at 2.20 however value for me is skybet with 40 or more booking points which is essential over 3. 5 cards at 1.80.
I’ve gone for a decent stake here as reckon 4 cards should have a very good chance of coming in.

Guys does anyone remember SKYBET putting out a statement pre-season stating that they were going to honour and count corners(amongst other things) that were awarded but unable to be taken within the 90 mins? I have definitely had an email to that effect! This is in regards to the Porto /Rangers game where in the final seconds of BOTH halves a corner was awarded but not taken due to the ref blowing for time!

Just had the official crap back from SKYBET; Thanks for waiting, the bet has been settled correctly as the referee did not officially award the corner, if this was officially awarded and there was no time to take the corner this would have been settled as above! The ball went out for a corner at the end of the 1st half and at the end of the 2nd half but was not awarded by the ref on either occasion

I’ve lost 100’s of points over the years with it being awarded in the 8th minute but not kicked until after the 9th and this season it’s the 10th minute I do! Numerous amount of arguments I’ve had with customer service to clearly state it’s when the ball is kicked and not when the corner is given!! And still it’s the same

I too like many others would have read their advert as you have. I’m sure this could be described as misleading and influencing punters to bet on the Skybet site. (I think it was also advertised on TV – again promoting SkyBet as better than the rest of the betting companies) This shows they are just the same or worse for using underhand tactics.
Advertising standards might be interested as the advertisement imply’s that a corner would have been given if there was enough time – “No problem. We include corners not taken within play time as part of your bet.” They have given a judgement on how they read their promotional email. Advertising Standards may read it as an attempt to dupe the general betting public.

4 of the selections are in already as they were just teams to win.
The bet was cashed out for £38.51
I have contacted b356 and so far they have offered me my £35 stake on the remaining 8 selections and taking away my 4 winning selections, which pays just over £1000
I have refused this offer and a supervisor is calling me back today.
You have to press on the bet then cashed out then confirm, which i definitely haven’t done.
