ENGLAND v Wales should have been a dress rehearsal for England v Scotland – the real Battle of Britain.

But Gareth Bale has been on a one-man mission to crank up the hype and he's done a good job.

Today's Group B encounter promises to be a cracker and hopefully we'll see goals, cards, thrills and spills in what could be the best match of the tournament.

Bale's already walked the walk with his side's opener in their 2-1 win against Slovakia and the Welsh are in a great position compared to England who drew with Russia when they deserved more.

Before the tournament I had England marked down as a banker but now I don't want to touch them at a short price of 3-5 at Stan James.

Roy Hodgson's men played well against Russia but failed to see the match out and I don't think they'll make the same mistake today as long as the manager is more positive.
