EVERYTHING I tipped or suggested landed yesterday but I’m no religious man so I’ll put it down to lady luck.
Hopefully the luck continues with Burnley heading to West Brom. The Baggies are in real trouble having lost seven in a row and are now 10 points from safety while Burnley, if they keep producing, may be in with a sniff of European football next season.
They could have done without the winter break after finishing with two wins against struggling West Ham and Everton and are undefeated in their last six.
Burnley look a big price on the WDW but the value lies in their goal price. Burnley have conceded first in six of their last eight with West Brom not keeping a clean sheet in 10. I never back this market but Burnley to win from behind could be in with a shout.
Double the Burnley goal with another away side heading to a struggler. Southampton travel to London in a massive six-pointer.
West Ham have conceded 3+ in four of their last five, two of those teams are Swansea and Brighton who are two of the worst scoring teams in the league.
The Saints, despite their position, have been tough to beat away from home in recent week and I fancy them here. They’ve scored away at West Ham in every game dating back to when Michael Carrick was still playing for the Hammers (2002). Charlie Austin is set to return for the Saints but whether he’ll start is another story.
