Celestial Force set a strong pace at Ascot last Saturday before capitulating into fourth spot behind Saroog and his front-running style should allow Rochester House to assume a stalking position before pouncing. Rochester House faced a very difficult task trying to concede 13lb to Sir Michael Stoute's improving Calculation at Doncaster last time.
QUOTELINE DIRECT (5.15) can win the ladies' race under Becky Smith. Micky Hammond saddled a big-price winner yesterday and there was a flood of money for Quoteline Direct last night when some bookmakers opened at 4-1. He is general 5-2 chance at the time of writing and looked an unlucky loser at Pontefract last Tuesday when stopped in his run up the far rail.
ARLETTA STAR (8.10) is worth a bit each-way at Nottingham. Tim Easterby's filly scored at Carlisle last month and found only in-form Warning Fire too good at Doncaster last week.
