Always risky backing a horse in a race of this nature but it's been fairly profitable backing the juvenile's of AMO Racing this year as they have a really nice crop of 2yo's with a lot of money being invested. I think this could be a pretty useful horse and a forward 2yo and is worth a chance in this Fillies Maiden in the opener of 1000 Guineas day.
OLIVIA MARALDA was quite an expensive purchase for AMO, costing 460,000GNS at the Craven Breeze-Up. For those who aren't aware what the Breeze-Up sales are, it's basically a trial day where horses will show a piece of work on the Rowley Mile at Newmarket and it's a way of seeing how a horse moves and the speed they are capable of showing as well as other factors. The fact connections have splashed the cash on this filly suggests she could be useful and the fact she's being trained by O'Callaghan suggests she could be a smart 2yo as he is a trainer who does well this kind of horse.
The same connections unleashed a fairly smart 2yo earlier in the season who won on debut called Crispy Cat. Rossa Ryan who is the retained jockey for AMO does make the trip over and of his 3 rides, this looks the most likely ride he has come over for.

I’m keeping an eye out for the AMO owned filly Lady Hollywood in the 13:00 at Nottingham 11/8. Think shes very special.
Not what I was expecting but winner one to watch next time out . Probably set for ascot now .
