Apologies for the last few days, where the selections haven't been running to scratch. Yesterday was atrocious from both horses which were put up, but there's no excuses on my end, they were simply not up to the task.

This is a very interesting race, considering it's an average Class 4 0-110 Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Chase. The reason for this is because I think the horses towards the top of the market are being massively over-backed in comparison to some of the larger odds horses, including my selection in the race.
I like the chances of TRIMMERS LANE in this contest, and I think the current odds of around 20/1 – 18/1 are worth taking. This 12yo has an extremely weird profile, as he only raced 13 in his career, with two of those runs coming in PTPs. The larger obstacles are clearly what he prefers, as he won one of his two points, and finished 3rd in the other, as well as winning his only race over rules over fences. Funnily enough, the win over fences came at this track over C&D back in December 2020 off a mark of 79, which is 1lb higher than what he'll effectively race off today when you considering Emma Smith-Chaston's 6lb claim. Since that win, he was off the track for 351 days, and then came back running over hurdles, where he didn't run too well. However, they have reverted him back to fences, and he should be fit and ready to go in this race after having two runs this season to blow away the cobwebs. It's ironic they've returned to this venue off a similar mark for his first start over fences since that win in December 2020.
The form of the yard is going very well. In the last 14 days, Micky Hammond has had 6 winners from 30 runners, which is a 20% SR. This yard are dodgy, in the way that if the money does come for their horses, it should be taken note of, massively. So keep an eye out for any market movements.
In terms of the other horses in the race, I think they aren't as strong as what the market make it out. I think you can pick holes in the form of the first 3/4 in the market, and the only other horse I was tempted to back was Real Armani, who gets the eye-catching jockey booking of Liam Harrison doing the steering, so if you are one for multiple horses in one race, that would be my second one.

Class conti has only ran 11 times and has run poorly recently, but he has ran poorly before the last 2 runnings of this race where he finished 2nd in 2020 and 3rd in 2021.
The canny Willie Mullins seems to target this race for him and with each way extra paying a generous 10 places for this
