BERINGER (3.35) was unfortunate to run into a potential Group horse in Auxerre when running joint third in the Unibet Lincoln at Doncaster but may well have finished a bit closer had he not been hampered soon after the start.
That interference knocked Beringer to the rear of the pack but he made good headway under Andrea Atzeni to dead-heat for third with Breden.
They clash again and Beringer is expected to assert his authority, especially on the quick ground he enjoys. Alan King's gelding was a dual winner last summer at Sandown and Leicester, while his second to Wissahickon at York, plus a third to Communique at HQ, were excellent efforts. He looks a worthy favourite in a highly-competitive mile handicap at Newmarket.
LORD LAMINGTON (8.00) scored by seven lengths at Newcastle over 1m 4f, so the extra furlong at Chelmsford City shouldn't present a problem. Mark Johnston sent him out a week later over ten furlongs at Lingfield and he was just outpaced by Albert Finney (good second at Windsor on Monday).
WHITEFOUNTAINFAIRY (6.30), sporting the all-conquering King Power Racing blue and white colours, wasn't disgraced (fourth) behind George Bowen in a hot handicap at Kempton last month. That was her first run since August and Andrew Balding's filly looked useful when scoring at Lingfield last May.

This isnt a tip as such but have noticed there a horse racing in the 7pm Chelmsford called The Knight King currently 7/1… has won 4 out of 6 of its races at this course and looks to have a really good chance to turn over the odds on fave who seems far too short considering hasnt dont anything.

I have to say that this has been some of the worst 3 days results for me in a long time has hit me hard in pocket as ended up chasing… gona have a break from horse racing for a cpl of weeks and stick to football as seem to have more success with that. Good luck
