BRIGHTON has never been my lucky track but ESSPEEGEE (4.00) has been a rare money-spinner, winning on all four visits to the track.
Alan Bailey has him out again under a 6lb penalty after bringing up the four-timer 13 days ago, having almost four lengths in hand. Beer With The Boys is very well handicapped if he can re-discover his old sparkle but the bigger threat is likelt to come from bottom weight Foresee, especially with trainer Tony Carroll in hot form.
At Chepstow, FRECKLES (4.15) can justify short odds for Marcus Tregoning and Oisin Murphy. The filly was beaten a head at Newbury last month and third horse Skyman won at Sandown last Friday. Banish belied his 66-1 price when a fine fourth at Bath and rates a threat if that wasn't a freak performance.
TWENTY YEARS ON (4.45) is worth a few quid in a moderate 1m 4f finale. He hasn't really gone on since scoring at Salisbury on quick ground in May but this an easier task than some of his recent races.
