Greg’s Tips: Troyes to inflict pain on Beziers

WE have 6 games tonight from Ligue 2 and 9 from the Dutch second tier. These two leagues are what it's all abut on a Friday night and there are quite a few games I like the look of.

AS Beziers v Troyes (7pm)

It's all going pear-shaped for recently-promoted Beziers. A run of 5 consecutive league defeats has seen them drop into the relegation places and now only 5 points off bottom spot.

It was always going to be tough form them to compete in this league and right now they look like a side who are on their way back down to the National 1.

They conceded 2/3/3/2/2 goals in those 5 defeats and you have to feel for their fans who have yet to see them win at home. P8 WO D3 L5.

They certainly don't enjoy playing at home and incredibly 15 of their 18 points have come away from home which bucks the trend in this league.

They welcome a Troyes side who after a poor start to life in Ligue 2 are now only 2 points outside the playoff places having lost just three of their last 14 league matches.

They come into this off the back of a great 1-1 draw away to high flying Brest and they'll fancy their chances  of inflicting a 6th league defeat on the spin for the newly promoted Beziers.

Only  Metz and Brest who occupy 1st and 2nd in the  table have scored more goals than Troyes and with just 1 away defeat in 7 I'm taking them to get the win here and enhance their promotion prospects.
