PSG v Nantes (4pm)
PSG lead Ligue 1 and are still unbeaten, winning 10 and drawing two out of 12 this season. They have been exceptional at home with six wins in six and 20 goals scored at an average of 3.6 goals per game.
Before the international break PSG won easily away at Angers. On Saturday Neymar will be back after missing the Angers win. The only players missing this week are Draxler, Meunier and Thiago Motta who might need surgery on his knee and might not play again in 2017. It is a big blow for PSG as he is a key player and has no natural replacement in the squad.
So Adrien Rabiot should deputise in his place once more although he doesn’t like playing in that position. For the rest boss Unai Emery will field a strong team with his usual front three of Neymar, Cavani and Mbappe. PSG have a great record at home against Nantes who haven’t won at the Parc des Princes since 2002.
The visitors are fifth in the table after a great start of the season. This is a huge game for them and for their manager Claudio Ranieri. He has made the team strong defensively and they will have to be well organised to compete with PSG. So you can expect a very defensive performance once again from Nantes and they will make it really hard for the home side.
However, it might not be enough to keep the hosts quiet and Nantes have struggled to score all season. It will be a difficult game for Nantes and I think Paris will win.
