IT'S another big weekend of football and hopefully a second successive series of Premier League goals.
The action kicks off with Brighton vs Man United and it's a fixture that promises thrills and spills and possibly a shock.
All four Premier League games kick off at different times so it could be heaven for armchair fans.

Brighton v Man U
I highlighted on Tuesday some early prices for this game, the home side have been very impressive in their 2 games so far, a bit of good fortune saw Chelsea claim the points in the opener and they blew my side Newcastle away last week. Apparently it was fitness issues that caused Man U poor performance and defeat last week (I doubt it) and if that’s the case then they will still be behind Brighton in terms of sharpness and if the home side play the way the have then I can see them picking something up today. It’s never a nice place for united to visit anyway they’ve lost 2 and won 1 on their 3 trips and I’m hoping the seagulls improve that record today. The first bet that stands out for me is fernandes to have a shot on target, he takes the free kicks and pens and is never afraid to have a go from outside the box and skybet have boosted this to evens from 1/4. Unless he gets injured this is free money in my opinion. The next 2 are on Brighton. Obviously they aren’t bets to go mad on with massive stakes but from what I’ve seen so far the prices tempt. Mentioned last week bout the massive no of pens in Man U games and they duly obliged with another for palace. Worth splitting 1 point over the 4 outcomes imo in their games just now, there’s been a huge no across the epl so far.

Been trying to create a system for the past wee while that looks for value and overpriced teams. Very hard to do at the start of the season and there is a lot of backing the underdogs so does take a lot of bottle as well. However the pay offs are good, but small stakes would always be the best way to go about it

I really like Zwolle in this game. They had a tough start playing against Feyenoord and AZ, gaining a point from these 2 games. I think they looked really good against Feyenoord.
Sparta lost their first 2 games against Ajax and Vitesse without scoring a goal. I think Sparta are in the bottom 3 at the end of the season with this squad. It looks like their starplayers Harroui and Rayhi are on their way out, not sure that helps in this game.

Some things to keep an eye on from Germany.
Gladbach and Schalke anounced positiv Covid cases today, for Gladbach this shouldn’t impact todays match because it was only one player who wasn’t even on the bench in the last match but maybe something to watch in the next weeks.
Schalke on the other hand has to do without Amine Harit and that will defenitly impact their offense. Harit is the creative mind at Schalke and was often a bright spot in their awful last season. Despite the loss of Harit I’m not confident in any tip for todays match against Werder Bremen because both are former giants in free fall at the moment and I expect a really nervous match in which both teams primarily don’t want to lose.
I’ll keep you updated how things develop in the next days, for the players I hope they get well soon!

Oxford United players and staff were forced to use taxis and their own cars to get to their match at Accrington Stanley after their team coach was shut down by an alcohol spray used to combat coronavirus.
With the squad ready to leave the team hotel for Saturday’s 3pm kick-off, the spray was issued to all passengers as part of the club’s precautions to combat the spread of Covid-19.
But the alcohol-based spray triggered the in-built breathalyser on the team coach, causing the vehicle to stall.
The coach’s safety measure – used to prevent drink driving – was subsequently activated, meaning the vehicle would be essentially shut down for six hours.
“A lot of clubs at our level aren’t doing Covid regulations properly, they’re miles off it in some places,” said Oxford United boss Karl Robinson.
