After recording wins in Wales and Germany over the weekend, Tuesday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me focus on the EFL once again, and there is one fixture in particular that stands out to me for goals.

In-form Crawley Town travel to the Eco-Power Stadium tomorrow evening to take on 21st-placed Doncaster Rovers in a fixture that appeals to me for goals.
Grant McCann’s hosts have scored 11 goals across their opening 10 matches in League Two this term, with seven (64%) of them coming in their previous four fixtures. Rovers have found the back of the net in seven of their last eight league outings – striking on multiple occasions in each of their previous three – and they will be confident of troubling a Crawley defence that is without a clean sheet across their opening four road trips in the league, shipping 12 goals.
Scott Lindsey’s visitors scored 20 goals across their opening 10 League Two contests this campaign, with 16 (80%) of them coming across their last five matches. The Red Devils have only failed to score at home to Gillingham (4th) and away at Swindon (3rd) this season – remarkably scoring three or more goals in each of their previous five matches – and they will be confident of breaching a Doncaster defence that has registered a solitary clean sheet in the league this season, shipping 19 strikes.

Crawley’s previous six fixtures in League Two have produced an eye-catching 30 goals (5.00 goals per game), with each of them breaking the Over 2.5 Goals barrier – and given eight of Doncaster’s previous nine league outings have featured at least three goals – I’m happy to have a punt on there to be three or more goals between these two sides in South Yorkshire tomorrow evening.
