THERE were thrills and spills in the Premier League on Saturday and I tipped the two big ones correctly by taking wins for Man United and Spurs.

On Sunday there are two more matches with Aston Villa entertaining Man City (4.0) on the main bill and Wolves v West Brom (1.30) featuring on the undercard.

So let's start at Villa Park where boss Alex McLeish is increasingly under pressure after seeing his side drop down the table and heading for the relegation zone.

Villa haven't won at home since November and although they've looked more threatening in attack they've kept just one clean sheet in 10 games.

However, City have hit just three goals in six away games so it's unlikely to be easy.

Man United moved back to the top of the table by beating Liverpool so City will want to lay down a marker and return to the summit.

I expect them to add McLeish's woes by winning 2-1 or 3-1. City are a biggest 8-11 with the likes of BetVictor and Paddy Power while Villa are 9-2 with the likes of bet365 and Ladbrokes while the draw pays 11-4 at Coral.

Sergio Aguero has netted first six times this season and is 4-1 at sportingbet. But I'm taking a chance with the classy David Silva who should enjoy the wide open spaces of Villa Park.

The Spaniard is a biggest 8-1 at Betfred to score first and 9-4 with the same firm to net at any time.

Robbie Keane's made an impact since joining Villa on loan with three goals in five outings and is 3-1 with bet365 to score.

Wolves' boss Mick McCarthy is another boss under pressure although his side won last time out at QPR.

However, Rangers were the better side until Djibril Cisse was sent off and Wolves have lost three in a row at home to Liverpool, Fulham and Birmingham.

West Brom have taken 10 more points on their travels than at the Hawthorns, losing just one in six, and I can see them picking up a win.

Roy Hodgson's side are 11-5 at Betfred while Wolves are 11-8 at boylesports and bet365. The draw is 12-5 at BetVictor.

Both teams have scored in West Brom's last six and could do so again. Wolves always possess a threat from the likes of Steven Fletcher and Kevin Doyle and this pays 4-5 at Ladbrokes.

Recommendations

Silva to score

(9-4, Betfred)

West Brom

(11-5, Betfred)

Hi Paul I’m risking £100 of my cash on Aguero. He is also 4/1 with Boylesports who are refunding all losing first scorers if your player scores the second goal. I’ve also put a £20 side bet on Silva just incase. I had quite a bad day yesterday with goalscorers but i had £100 on Rooney at 4/1 yesterday which got me back on track.
