SPURS can't wait to move back home but today they should be able to enjoy the cavernous surroundings of Wembley.
The north London derby pitches up at the national stadium and it promises to be a cracker.
Spurs maintained their push for a Champions League place last week with a thrilling draw at Liverpool while Arsenal, with new boys Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubayemang starring, blew away Arsenal 5-1.
Mauricio Pochettini's side play well against top-six sides at home and are quite rightly favouirtes at 21-20 with Betway.
The last two derbies have finished 2-0 to the home team but prior to that both had scored in the last six and I'm going for goals again.
Mkhitaryan, Aubayemang and Mesut Ozil can give the Spurs' backline problems but equally the Gunners' midfield could be overpowered and that should lead to goals at both ends.
Both to score pays just 1-2 at Coral though to consider Spurs and over 2.5 goals at 13-8 with Ladbrokes.
Harry Kane was rested for the FA Cup win against Newport in midweek but will return and has netted six goals in six Premier League games against Arsenal,
He is 5-6 with Ladbrokes to score and 3-1 at William hill to net first.
In the live TV game tonight there should also be goals as Man City entertain Leicester. City will be keen to get back on track after dropping points at Burnley last week while their rivals could see Riyad Mahrez returning after his move to the Etihad fell through on deadline day.
City are no bigger than 3-13 at 188Bet so consider City and both to score at 7-4 with BetStars.
The 3pm Premier League kick-offs look tough to call but I can see Stoke beating Brighton at 5-4 with Betway.
Paul Lambert suffered his first defeat at Bournemouth last week but Stoke were the better team and are unbeaten in 16 against Brighton.
In the Championship there's no stopping Wolves who are 11 points clear at the top. They shouldn't have too many problems at home to QPR and are 1-2 at Betway.
Bristol City are clinging on to the final play-offs spot after losing at Bolton but should bounce back at home to sorry Sunderland.
Chris Coleman's visitors have lost five out of six and I'm on City at 4-6 with McBookie.
I also like Ipswich who are 10-11 at betfair at home to basement boys Burton.
In League One Wigan are flying high and should win at Southend but are no bigger than 8-11 with bet365.
Notts County were embarrassed by their 8-1 FA Cup defeat at Swansea in midweek but League Two is their bread an butter and should bounce back at bottom-of-the-table Barnet. County are 21-20 with Ladbrokes to beat side that's taken two points in 18.

Spurs vs Arsenal over 9.5 match coners @1.55
Mr fix i ive been doing mainly trebles and ive been let
Down loads of times by 1 goal wat is the cover if u do 2.5
Goals and the game is at 1 ,1 is it no third goal,
Yeah that’s correct – you cover no more goals so bet inplay on under 2.5 match goals.
To cover just think you want to back the opposite of what you have but work out what it’s going to cost because sometimes it might be too big a percentage of your potential winnings. Also look at cash-out options but again don’t take a rubbish offer.
Thanks mate u wont believe how many missed penaltys
And disallowed goals ive had this week cost me a fortune
Cardiff second goal cost me ladt night dissolowed,
I think this is the right thread for the footie today but its a bit empty. Server issues?
Anyway, onto todays Derby v Norwich:
After yesterdays draw involving Millwall v Cardiff, I can see most of the top 6-8 winning today.
Derby entertain Norwich at Pride park today and the reverse fixture was the small green shoots that Derby had been seeking since the season started. After a distinctly average set of results, we got a draw away to Brentford and then away to high flying Cardiff, we backed that up away to Norwich coming from a goal down to triumph 2-1. That set us on this terrific run that has only seen us lose twice in 24 or so games.
With 4 clean sheets on the bounce and 11 clean sheets from 14, and 11 matches undefeated. Scott Carson is probably already having secret Russian lessons.
Derby lost their loanee Sam Winnal to an ACL injury and with surgery occurring just 2 days ago, Sam’s footballing days this season are now over. Shame, his strike rate has been marginally above average – well – better than Nugent’s anyway. With Russell now enjoying his football in Kansas – he should do well there, we’re now a bit short up front, especially with Martin out to Reading on loan.
Thankfully Cameron Jerome seems hungry and so does Anya who has really upped his game in Russells absence.
Derby are unchanged from the starting 11 that beat Brentford 3 nil last weekend.
Carson
Wisdom/Keogh/Davies/Olsson
Thorne/Huddlestone
Anya/Vydra/Lawrence
Jerome
As mad as it sounds but Sam winnall played on with that injury for 45 mins, made a goal, won the penalty and stayed on the pitch for 90 mins.
We need a bit more from Thorne and Huddlestone, Anya needs to stay lively, Vydra needs to stay on the goals, Lawrence needs to add about 20% more and I think Jerome will get us some goals if he keeps doing what he’s doing.
Derby should win today @ around 20/21 with Betfair, but if you believe the stats, I’ve tipped these 4 bets on 3 matches on the bounce and then tweaked it for the last match.
Derby win @ 21/20
Derby clean sheet @ 6/4
Derby win to nil @ 23/10
Vydra atgs @ 6/4
with 6 tips coming in from 12 bets over 3 matches, this same bet would of come in again with a clean sweep had I tipped it against Brentford. Instead, I tipped Derby win, Vydra ATGS and under 2.5 tmg’s. Vydra’s injurytime penalty brought in a better price than the unders 2.5’s. It stands at 8 good tips from 15 over 4 games.
I will be sticking by my above 4 tips today though and knowing that Cardiff and sheff Utd have already played, the onus is on the top 6 to win their matches.
Incidentally, after Marseille conceded on 75 mins yesterday to crash my bank builder that was in its 4th day, I started off from a fresh £10 yesterday.
My selections are:
Sheff Utd @ 17/20 WON
AC Milan @ 4/5 ( 1 nil up after 27 mins )
Wolves @ 2/5
Bristol City @ 4/6
Ipswich @ 17/20
Derby win to nil @ 23/10
£13.64 might see around £630+ with betfair
Wolves are in a class of their own right now and I just do not see them losing points today, Bristol should get back to winning ways with home advantage and they’re playing the worst team in the league. Ipswich should beat Burton, I fear for Burton and they could go down. Nigel clough has lost every time he’s faced off against Mick MaCarthy. Derby win to nil – that’s a stats and form no brainer. I think its not a case of if Derby will concede but rather when. I just hope we can keep the February hoodoo at bay for another couple of games/weeks.
Good luck with your bets today guys.
There are issues but normal threads are all up.
