IT'S been a poor October for me and last week's Luton result just about summed it up.
Anyway this Saturday sees two teams in League One with a bit of form. Charlton take on Wimbledon on the back of 3 wins and a draw in their last 4 games.
They've only scored 6 goals in that run but I like Ladbrokes' offer of 23-20 on them scoring 2+goals against a Wimbledon side losing at home to bottom-placed Plymouth last week.
Next up are Oldham at home to Scunthorpe. The Latics' recent managerial change has seen a big improvement in results and with 8 goals scored in their last 4 games and 6 in their last 3 home games I like Ladbrokes' offer of 8-5 on them scoring 2+goals against an Irons side conceding 4 goals in their last two away games.
Going for a straight 3pts double which pays 9-2 at Ladbrokes.
Other goals bets I like the look of are btts double of QPR v Wolves and Port Vale v Swindon, 1pt at 9-4, and an over 2.5 goals treble of Ayr, East Fife and Forfar, 1pt at 3-1.
