Everything, from the form to the shots, is working for him, and when it happens, he’s a really tough player to beat. De Minaur has been really good as well, though quite all over the place at times.
He’s playing more aggressively than he normally does because of a hip injury that he admitted is still bothering him. If he plays at the level he has shown all week, there is a chance for Draper.

De Minaur is the favourite because he is the higher ranked player who has a stronger track record. He’s not an overwhelming favourite, however, because Draper has been in brilliant form this tournament. De Minaur’s odds to win the match are 7/10, while Draper’s are 11/10.

Draper and De Minaur have played three times so far, and the Australian has won all three times. One of those ended with a retirement. Draper has not been the best physically in the past, but has looked good so far in New York.
