IT'S back down to business on Boxing Day with plenty of sport to feast on while scoffing the leftover turkey.
The penultimate week of the NFL regular season is almost over and Jordan has a couple of fancies, with one kicking off in the early hours of Boxing Day and the next 24 hours later.
Jordan's NFL Tips
Denver Broncos @ Kansas City Chiefs
Weather could play a big factor here with high winds and rain predicted. The Chiefs haven’t held running backs down too well and the Chiefs pass rush should see a big run attack from the Broncos. Justin Forsett has taken over the lead role over rookie Booker, and should get more touches. His yardage seems low for rush and receiving considering the Chiefs rushing defense, now without Derrick Johnson at MLB, and Justin Houston expected to miss time. Two key defensive players.
Justin Forsett (Denver Broncos) Over 55.5 Rush & Receiving Yards @ 17-20 @ Ladbrokes– 4 points
Detroit Lions @ Dallas Cowboys
Matthew Stafford (Detroit Lions) Over 260.5 Passing Yards @ 10-11 @ Skybet– 5.5 points
Was in two minds here with Golden Tate seeing so many targets over the past few weeks, but Stafford
is carrying the Lions and needs a win here in Big D that would seal the NFC North. The Cowboys are through and have their first round bye in place, so starters may not see as much time, but they won’t take a loss at home to a conference rival that they could possibly play again in the post season. Expect Zeke to be ‘fed’ and Dallas to come out on top, but Stafford will need to air it out but with his ligament damage and special glove, he is limited. Still threw for 272 yards against the Jets. Golden Tate has seen double digit targets in his last three and his line of 66.5 is reasonable against a suspect secondary.
Evening Jordan, hope you are well and a Merry Christmas to you sir.
Been having a look on your pages these last few nights and some seriously impressive stuff from yourself, Raoul and others re basketball and American Football.
Managed to pick out a few winners on the back of it which I’d have absolutely zero chance if left to my own devices…wish I had more time to get to grips with it as used to love the NFL as a kid.
Liked your ‘bullshit’ comment as well…unreal ?!
Take care mate and hope this year is a good one for you.
No sho – not sure what your point is there or maybe I’ve misread it?
Was just offering a thumbs-up for Jordan and the other lads for the work they put into the study around NBA/NFL for folk like myself whose grasp isn’t what I’d like it to be for these sports.
Good luck with your picks.
I think Jordan will get it so don’t worry. You’re a nice guy and I like your football bets
@nflfan, I replied to you on the other thread, being Xmas day I have been with family and friends and didn’t realise the new thread was up. You’re not wrong. It doesn’t matter how Detroit does on MNF, next week it is a winner takes all for the North, so ignore his BS in his post. He only has 2 seasons watching the NFL, he is still wet behind the ears and doesn’t understand how the standings work…. Bless :-) :-)
Hope u all got on one of my 12 NFL winners on Xmas Eve :-) Have a good day, and good luck if your having a punt.
Aviva Prem
Bristol v Worcester
This is a must win for both teams but I believe it’s Bristol that have the most to lose here. If they lose they can kiss the prem goodbye bar a miracle. If Worcester lose, it sucks them into a relegation dog fight.
Both teams have been exceptionally poorvthis season with no wins so far for Bristol and no points on the road for Worcester. However, Bristol are coming off the back of two food wins v Pau in Europe. They will see this as a great opportunity to turn things around. Worcester concede far too many on the road and although they have England international Ben Te’o back in the squad I’m betting against my team here.
Bristol -1
1.90 @ bet365
(Line has moved to -2 as I put the bet on yesterday but still worth taking)

1872 Cup
Edinburgh v Glasgow
This is still a Pro 12 league game but is the long running derby match between these two great rivals. Could be a tight game with Glasgow winning in the end but it looks like Edinburgh’s team total has been set a bit low. Glasgow have been very good away in the league but this is derby day so form goes out the window. Edinburgh have gone over this totalin all but one of their home games this season and 4/5 of these derby matches at home.
Edinburgh over 16.5 team total
1.80 @ bet365

Welsh/Irish Double
Cardiff v Newport under 53.3 total points
Leinster +17.5
1.83 @ bet365
Cardiff are in poor form although they had a good win versus Bath in Europe, they don’t score huge amounts. Against local rivals it could be a tigjt low scoring game.
Can’t believe the handicap for Leinster. They have every chance of winning this game against Munster. Another huge rivalry game so should be close.

Wish all the guys that contribute in a genuine, no nonsense manner, all the very best for yourselves and your family. As for the comedians, who just like to insult and attack in their pathetic sly manner, maybe time you sought out that kind of community.
Cheers again Jordan, for your 12 point redskins bet, that filled my wallet AGAIN.
Personally like some upbeat humour, with the delivery of some bets, but keep the personal nonsense, for other like minded betting sites, that tolerate such PISH.
I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve deleted a couple of comments that are wholly inccurate and unfair towards Jordan.
If he made a factual mistake that’s all it was – everyone does it.
Firstly just seen the comments since the Detroit comment I did not realise any offense would be made of it
Jordan is a brilliant tipster I always take note .
Maxx is also tipping some great stuff .
I don’t want to become involved in personal differences..
Good luck to you both
Finally my double posted yesterday was a winner Steelers and chiefs paid 5/4 ..
Keep up the good work go all
When I checked the standings yesterday I got confused as the Packers had already played. It was a genuine mistake, everyone makes them. Look at Max’s parents.
What he doesn’t realise is that I’ve kept tabs on all his NFL bets this season, and even with his 20 point NAP on Saturday, 1 point to every other bet and he’s still in the red…
You praise yourself in the good weeks then we don’t hear from you for two weeks when you’ve had a bad one. You’re a pretender.
And as for no-sho who is quite obviously our old Greek friend, every bet is logged in the NFL, and if Mr F allows it I’ll post every bet from week 11 that has won and lost if you don’t believe me. Nothing to hide from me like the other ‘tipsters’ who claim they have followers. Which reminds me, would love to know where I can subscribe to Max and add to his follower. Which is himself and himself only.
I know the score – you don’t need to post the figures.
If you want to put up tips do so but don’t make false claims about others.
Fair enough but look at the last line of the first paragraph of his comment. And then he weirdly tries to guess where I’m from and says that I’m old. Don’t you think that’s a bit odd
Just finish it – this does nothing for the thread.
NBA Cleveland Cavaliers 7/4 to win tonight looks huge I know there were thoughts of resting Lebron James and Kyrie Irving but rumours are they will start, thinking of putting a free £50 bet on them. +5.5 looks good at 10/11 but I will wait for team news.
Down to 5/4 now and the handicap +3.5 at 10/11 glad I got on earlier hope they give plenty of time to James and Irving
NBA Bet 26/12
Dallas Mavericks @ New Orleans Pelicans
Pick – Pelicans -4.5 @ 1.95 (Bet 365)
Dallas are short on numbers again with JJ Barea, Harris and Bogut all out.. injuries have been the plague of Dallas’s poorest start to a season since Dirk joined as a rookie, a good 18 years ago.
Speaking of Dirk, he is back.. but I still don’t think this team is capable of winning 3 in a row at the moment.
New Orleans aren’t exactly having an amazing season either, but I do fancy them to get revenge on the 81-91 loss to Dallas back in the November. They’ll want to put on a good show for the home fans, call it a belated Xmas present ;).
Pelicans roll tonight.
@raoul-duke Good luck tonight dude – hope u had good Christmas ☃️
Thanks man, yea it’s been good, still recovering.
Good luck tonight!
Cheers man..Haha same here mate – feel terrible ??
Evening lads…hope all is well and had a great Christmas ..
I like one bet tonight and after 6 loss out of 7 I think the bulls will
Return to winning ways tonight against a pacer team also struggling of late…
My single tonight is…
Jimmy butler (bulls) over 22.5 points (skybet) 5/6
Bulls main man has played below his standards recently struggling to hit the 24.5 ppg he had last season.. bulls are looking to bounce bk big time and tonight we should see the old jimmy butler he could easily get 30+ tonight if he wanted to…-..the paddy power butler 25+/bulls win 9/5 is tempting too..but tonight I will just stick to his points.. I expect him to take loads of shots tonight and surely cover the over 22 easily ??…I predict 27 points from him tonight..let’s wait and see..
Good luck everyone

NBA player prop record
48 wins
38 loss
Detroit lions over 18.5 points and Pelicans to win 2/1.
Bet365
Cavaliers to win 27/20
LeBron James is not playing tonight. Just confirmed.
Yeah just seen that not good hopefully they can still win
The Cavaliers are 4-16 without LeBron in the lineup.
When you consider their also on a b2b, I think it’s looking bad for them tonight tbh.
I took them at +4.5 so aslong as they keep it down to a couple ill be happy free bet anyway
