I WON'T have many better World Cup nights with six out of seven winners and the other void on Monday's preview post.
Hoping for a similar hit rate on Tuesday but of course it won't be easy.
My recommended bets last night were Gareth Bale to scorem Serbia v Ireland draw, Iceland draw no bet (void), Iceland to score, Austria, Spain -3 and David Silva to score.
On Tuesday seven sides are priced up short – Latvia, Greece, France, Hungary, Belgium, Bulgaria and Bosnia while Switzerland v Portugal and Sweden v Holland are the ones punters need to think about.
So let's start in Sweden where Janne Andersson takes the reins and he must be pissed to coincide his arrival with the retirement of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Kim Kallstrom and Ola Toivonen have also gone so many younger players including ex-Celtic and Man City striker John Guidetti will have to step up.
Holland were the highest-profile non-qualifiers for Euro 2016 and can't miss out again. Coach Danny Blind is under massive pressure after last week's friendly defeat at home to Greece.
Changes will include a start for Southampton's Virgil van Dijk and Spurs' new striker Vincent Janssen.
Tough one to call here but with the last three meetings totalling 13 goals let's go for both to score at 1-1 with William Hill.
European champions Portugal – and it still doesn't sound right – head for Switzerland trying to live up their billing.
It won't be easy in Basel though as they're without Cristiano Ronaldo and the way they played in France it should be an unders game. Under 2.5 goals pays no bigger than 5-9 at 888sport as bookies ain't daft. Anyone for 1-0 Portugal at 7-1 with 888sport.
France were brilliant at the Euros until they ran out of steam and ideas against Portugal in the Final. They are worth taking on accumulators at 2-5 with William Hill and Betfred and I'll be on Euro 2016 star Antoine Griezmann to score at 13-10 with Coral.
Another thing that sounds strange is Roberto Martinez's appointment. The former Swansea and Everton boss has been tasked with taking the Belgians to Russia and must start with a win in Cyprus.
Should be a gentle opener for the new boss who has Eden Hazard continuing as skipper in the absence of Vincent Kompany and he's started the season well at Chelsea. Up front Martinez got goals from Romelu Lukaku at Goodison and the big striker is 16-13 at 888sport to score.
Like France a price of 1-3 for the away win is for accumulators and Belgium should cover the -1 handicap at 10-11 with Paddy Power.
Bulgaria are so short at home to Luxembourg you have to look at handicap prices and the same goes for Greece at Gibraltar. Greece are traditionally low scorers but will head to Faro confident after winning in Holland.
Greece -3 looks not bad at evens with sportingbet and I expect Benfica's Kostas Mitroglou to score as he did in Holland but he's just 2-5 at Ladbrokes and Betfred.
That leaves Faroes v Hungary and Bosnia v Estonia. While the Hungarians impressed at the Euros the sides met in the France qualifiers and both times Hungary won by one. They're 2-5 with most bookies to pick up the points and I'd leave the handicaps alone.
Bosnia are 2-7 at William Hill but the bet I like at home to Bosnia is Edin Dzeko to score first at 3-1 with William Hill.
Bets to Consider
Sweden v Holland btts WINS
Switzerland v Portugal under 2.5 goals WINS
France/Belgium double LOSES
Griezmann to score LOSES
Lukaku to score WINS
Mitroglou to score WINS
Greece -3 LOSES
Dzeko to score first LOSES
