IT was another superb weekend for Ace with a 20-1 winner and two places giving him a profit of more than 40 points.
He advised 1.5pts ew on Kevin Kisner who made his PGA Tour breakthrough with weekend rounds of 64 giving him a sizzling six-shot victory in the RSM Classic.
With a record score of a 22-under 260 Kisner finally got his first win after four runners-up finishes in 19 outings.
With Branden Grace third and Byeong Hun An tied fourth at the World Trophy in Dubai it was a good weekend and that's three winners and 12 places for Ace in the past nine weeks.
Here's what he's on this week. Ace says: With the Race to Dubai being completed last week and Rory McIlroy taking the plaudits the European Tour starts the new season on Thursday in South Africa with the Alfred Dunhill Championship.
I was looking at Grace for this one but the top three South Africans, including Charl Schwartzel and Louis Oosthuizen, are at short odds.
So instead of taking the “safe” option I’m on an old favourite of mine Thomas Aiken. He plays well on native soil and finished T16 in this tournament last year. He is third in GIR on the European Tour and sixth in driving accuracy. If he has a weakness it is his putting but if he sorts that out he will be up there on Sunday.
Dutchman Joost Luiten did not have the best of years last season. In 2013 he won two European Tour tournaments, one in 2014 and was ranked 12th and 11th in the European rankings. This year he only managed 50 in the rankings but is a lot better than that and I expect him to move up the rankings this year. Could go close here.
Another South African worth a shout this week is Hennie Otto. He tied 13th last week in the Lion of Africa Cape Town Open but is happy with his game.
His driving accuracy stats sit at 67.7% with GIR of 70%. Unfortunately he’s another one whose putting isn’t that great but with average putts per round of 30.4 it won't take much to get him up there.
I think I’ll take a wee trip Down Under this week for the Australian Open where defending champion Jordan Spieth is taking part. It’s hard to see passed the young American but at the price not worth it.
I do like the look of Australian John Senden who finished T2 in the Australian Masters last weekend. He hasn’t had a great start to the PGA Tour this year with one top 25 and a missed cut from three but his showing last week looks like he’s playing good golf. He’s my main bet for this week.
Another Australian who could do well this week is Steven Bowditch. Before winning the A&T Byron Nelson on the PGA Tour the Australian had NINE missed cuts.
He seemed to get some confidence after that win and had five top 15s for the rest of the season and took part in the Rest of the World President's Cup team. Due to his improved second part of the season he made the FedEx playoffs, got through to the Tour Championship and finished 20th in the FedEx rankings. Worth a look.

Wanted to say well done ace on last weeks tips brilliant tipping, was on them all! Will always follow!
With two rounds gone in both the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa and the Australian Open I still have three players in the top ten. Hoping for a big push from them all to get closer to the leaders tonight and tomorrow. Here’s hoping.
