The French Open is up and running in Paris but the guys likely to be around the business end at Roland Garros won't be out until Monday.
All the talk going into the the second Grand Slam of 2011 surrounds world No.2 Novak Djokovic but I'm sticking with the tried and trusted player at the top of the men's rankings, Rafael Nadal.
The Mallorcan begins his quest for a sixth French Open crown against big-hitting American John Isner.
Nadal, 24, is priced (1-80, Bodog) – a figure that is a little disrespectful to his opponent – with Isner the rank outsider (22-1, Boylesports).
Serbia's Djokovic, also 1-80, Bodog, is on a stunning 39-match unbeaten run, and also gets underway on Monday against Dutchman Thiemo de Bakker (22-1, Boylesports).
British hopes will again weigh heavily on Andy Murray's shoulders (1-25, William Hill). The world No.4 starts against Frenchman Eric Prodon (12-1, Bet365, Blue Square, 888sport).
I can't see our world No.4 cracking his Slam duck in Paris but he does have enough quality to book a semi-final date with Nadal… and when you go that far anything can happen.
French Open winner (Paddy Power): Nadal 1-1, Djokovic 13-8, Fedrer, Murray 14-1, Del Potro, David Ferrer 30-1, Robin Soderling 40-1.
Last, but by no means least, world No.3 Roger Federer, 1-8, Boylesports and William Hill, should see off the experienced and dangerous Spaniard Feliciano Lopez (9-2, William Hill).
The top four are fancied to reach the semi-finals, but I reckon the classy Juan Martin del Potro could bring Djokovic's rampant run to a halt in round three.
Argentine Delpo (1-6, Boylesports) takes on giant Croat Ivo Karlovic (5-1, Betfred) and should reach the second round with few hitches.
