IT'S the final day of the Italian season – the final day in any of the big European leagues.

And for fans of Napoli and Lazio it's a massive day as they go head to head to decide the final Champions League place.

Napoli need to beat the Romans to seal the deal while a point will be enough for the visitors. Home boss Rafael Benitez is determined to leave on a high and his men are unbeaten in their last five league meetings with Lazio, winning four.

That's why they can still finish third because when sides are level in Italy it's h2h and not goal difference that counts.

The problem with Napoli is they sometimes crumble under pressure but there last five league games have produced 24 goals and in a game they must win, but are likely to concede, there should be a few goals. Both to score looks the call at 7-10 with Betway.

I had a good day with scorers yesterday and if I had to pick one here it would have to be Napoli's Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain at 21-20 with bet365. It's a big day for big players and he needs to step up to the plate and I saw someone say he'd scored six in five matches versus Lazio.

Genoa could finish fifth and not qualify for the Europa League with an appeal in about their stadium being ruled unfit for purpose. They finish off at Sassuolo and again their should be goals. It was 3-3 when they met earlier in the season and last season they played out a six-goal thriller near the end of the campaign.

Genoa's last three games have totalled six, five and five goals so while you're not getting a great offer over 2.5 goals what about over 3.5 at 5-4 with McBookie and BetVictor.

Elsewhere in Italy it's a day where anything goes and all round goals could be the way to go. Serie A's produced more strikes than usual and another game I like the look of is Torino v relegated Cesena.

Cesena have played more relaxed football since dropping out with five of their last six going over 2.5 goals as have four of Torino's last six. It was 3-2 Torino when they met earlier and over 3.5 goals is worth a look at 7-5 with 888sport.

Inter Milan is another game that promises goals with both sides having scored in five of Inter's last six games and it's same figure for Empoli. This pays 8-15 at McBookie and BetVictor.

Anyone looking to do win-draw-win bets apart from taking a gamble on Napoli can consider Fiorentina at home to Chievo and Roma at home to Palermo but if in doubt don't bet until you see line-ups as many teams will be making changes.

It's happened before this season with all 10 Serie A games seeing both scoring. Last night's two came in and all eight today pays 50-1 at Ladbrokes. It's worth a small wager but you know one match will probably let us down.
