IT'S the final day of the Championships season and there are still some issues to be settled.

Watford will clinch the title if they beat Sheffield Wednesday at home but could still be pipped by Bournemouth.

Middlesbrough and Norwich have clinched play-off places but Ipswich and Derby still have work to do with Brentford and Wolves hoping to take advantage of any slip-ups. Here's all the latest team news and remember games kick off at 12.15pm.
