Xabi Alonso has got off to a decent start as Real Madrid boss but his first major test comes tonight as they take on Juventus in the last 16 of the Club World Cup.
Real topped Group H with seven points and would have made it three wins out of three had Federico Valverde not missed a late penalty in their 1-1 draw with Al Hilal.
Juventus were also looking in good shape after comfortable wins in their first two games but the Serie A side came crashing back down to earth with a 5-2 thrashing by Manchester City.
So it will be interesting to see how Juve respond as two European heavyweights go head-to-head for the first time in the knockout stages.

Real Madrid vs Juventus top betting tips
Juventus were well beaten by City but that result has to be taken in context, with boss Igor Tudor resting his first-choice front three of Kenan Yildiz, Randal Kolo-Muani and Francisco Conceicao.
They should be back at full strength for this one and may cause a few problems to a new-look Real Madrid defence that is still trying to gel.

Vinicius Junior finally exploded into life in Real Madrid's last group game as he scored and provided an assist against Salzburg. The Brazilian is 13/8 at BoyleSports for another goal here while an assist is bigger at 3/1 with Bet365.
Borussia Dortmund vs Monterrey
The late night game at the Club World Cup sees Borussia Dortmund take on Monterrey, with the Germans 3/10 hot favourites to go through.
But Monterrey are unbeaten so far at the tournament and thrashed Urawa Red Diamonds 4-0 in their final group game to finish second behind Inter Milan.
The Italians giants could only draw 1-1 with the Mexicans in their opener so that shows they are a tough nut to crack.
The half-time draw looks decent value at 6/5 with BoyleSports while the same firm offer 20/21 on most goals coming after the break.
Monterrey's Jorge Rodriguez is available again after a one-game ban for picking up two yellows. If he returns to the side it could pay to back the Argentine for another card at 10/3 with BoyleSports.
KuPS v Gnistan
Finnish champions KuPS have the chance to go back to the summit in the Veikkausliiga tonight as they take on mid-table Gnistan.
Although KuPS head into this game level on points leaders with leaders Inter Turku, they have played two games more than their title rivals. So the champions can't afford any slip-ups at home and BoyleSports make them 11/20 favourites.
A horror run of four defeats and a draw across five games saw KuPS surrender what had been a commanding lead but they returned to winning ways by thrashing HJK Helsinki 3-0 on Friday.
