Sundays top tips 3

It's another big day in the Premier League title race and the clash between leaders Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur should be a Christmas cracker.

Tottenham's last two games at home have been 4-3 thrillers, with Ange Postecoglou's side coming out on top once and losing the other.

The victory came against Manchester United in the EFL Cup in midweek but it was another bonkers match as Spurs flirted with throwing away a 3-0 lead.

Liverpool represent a step up in class and it's hard to see Postecoglou's second-string defence coping with the league leaders if the Reds hit form.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Liverpool top betting tips

It's no surprise to see Liverpool as BoyleSports' 6/10 favourites with Tottenham gifting so many goals but you can boost that price to 8/5 by adding on over 3.5 goals.

Manchester United got plenty of joy from pressing Spurs high in midweek, cashing in as goalkeeper Fraser Forster made a couple of blunders.

Liverpool are one of the best pressing teams in Europe so I'd imagine they won't give the Tottenham backline a moment's piece.

It should lead to plenty of chances and over 2.5 Liverpool goals looks good at evens with BoyleSports.

Spurs will still offer a threat going forward and Dejan Kulusevski is a man in top form. The Swede is deadly on his left peg and BoyleSport price him at 7/5 just to have an effort on target with that foot.

It should be a busy day for Forster between the sticks and he's evens at Bet365 to make over 3.5 saves.

Everton vs Chelsea top betting tips

Chelsea kick off a couple of hours earlier than Liverpool and have the chance to go top for a brief spell if they can beat Everton at Goodison Park.

The Toffees proved how tough they can be the break down by holding Arsenal to a 0-0 draw at the Emirates in their last outing.

Sean Dyche will probably use the same blueprint against the in-form Blues but BoyleSports make Enzo Maresca's side their 8/13 hot favourites.

Arsenal won 8-2 on the corner count against Everton so it could pay to back Chelsea at -3 in that handicap today, which pays 7/5 at BoyleSports.

Cole Palmer's creativity will be key to opening up Dyche's defence and I like the 5/2 on offer at the same firm for the playmaker to provide an assist.

Manchester United vs AFC Bournemouth top betting tips

Manchester United remain a work in progress under Ruben Amorim and this Premier League clash at home to AFC Bournemouth is fraught with danger.

Andoni Irola's side romped to a 3-0 win on their last visit to Old Trafford just over a year ago so they have the talent to ask Amorim's defence plenty of questions.

BoyleSports make the Cherries 3/1 outsiders today and that price is pretty tempting with United still looking far from convincing.

It's safer going for goals at both ends though and combining BTTS with no draw pays a decent 6/5 at BoyleSports.

Amad Diallo has emerged as the main man for United in recent weeks and the winger appeals at 10/3 with the same firm for an assist.

Dundee United vs Celtic top betting tips

There's a more familiar feel at the top of the SPFL Premiership with Rangers now the team chasing Celtic down at the top after Aberdeen's collapse.

The Ibrox side cut the gap to eight points yesterday with a win over Dundee but the Hoops can restore their 11-point lead with a win over United in the City of Discovery.

BoyleSports make the champions 2/7 hot favourites but Celtic haven't been at their best in recent weeks and have been looking a bit vulnerable at the back.

That makes me think BTTS stands a chance today and it pays just 8/11 with BoyleSports. Adding that on to a Celtic win boosts those odds to 8/5.

Corners are always a good bet with the Hoops and over 11.5 flag kicks pays 11/10 at BoyleSports, while backing over 8.5 Celtic corners takes you to 6/4.
