Philippe Clement looks like a dead man walking at Rangers and if his side lose to Motherwell in the League Cup semi-final today it could bring an end to his rollercoaster reign.
Fans have been calling for Clement's head after Wednesday's 2-1 loss at Pittodrie left them nine points behind both Aberdeen and Celtic in the SPFL Premiership.
What was even more galling was the fact the Belgian tried to talk it up as one of Rangers' better displays this season – when they could easily have been trailing 4-0 at half-time.
On the same night, Motherwell were winning 2-1 at Tannadice to move up to fourth – just three points behind Clement's side. They beat Gers at Ibrox last term in the league so will fancy their chances of a cup shock at Hampden.

Motherwell vs Rangers top betting tips
Although Rangers are in dismal form, they still have better players than Motherwell so it's not a great surprise to see them as Betano's 4/11 favourites , with Well the 11/2 outsiders.

The Blues crashed out to Newcastle in their last-16 tie but Enzo Maresca made a host of changes and will have his big guns fresh for the task of taking down Manchester United.
Liverpool and Tottenham have already won comfortably at Old Trafford this term so the 7/5 on offer for a Chelsea victory looks tempting.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Aston Villa top betting tips
The other Premier League game today should be a cracker as in-form Aston Villa travel to London to face a Spurs side who continue to blow hot and cold.
Tottenham head into the game buoyed by an EFL Cup win over Manchester City but they lost their last league game at Crystal Palace and that was their fourth defeat of the season.
Villa's only league defeat came against Arsenal but they bowed out of the EFL Cup in midweek with a surprise home loss to Palace. Unai Emery made a lot of changes for that game but should be back at full strength today.
Both these teams play a high defensive line so it should lead to plenty of chances at both ends. Combining over 2,5 saves for both Emi Martinez and Guglielmo Vicario pays 11/8 in a bet builder at Bet365.
With Ange Postecoglou's side looking a bit flaky this season, there could also be a bit of value in backing Aston Villa to lead at any time, which pays evens at Betano.
