Mark Walker's Scottish Tips

KILMARNOCK are one of only three Scottish sides who have yet to secure a league win all season, but they can change that by beating Dundee United at home at a decent price of 13/10 with McBookie.com.

Derek McInnes' has been touted for the Hearts job, but it can't be on the evidence of the season after guiding his team to only one success in 12 all term – away in Tromso in the Europa Conference League.

However, Killie are surely better than their form suggests and Europe could well have been an unnecessary distraction.

With the squad he's assembled, it's surely only a matter of time before Killie pick up and they need to start collecting wins, particularly on their artificial Rugby Park playing surface in its last year of use.

They face a United side who started the season brightly, but have dropped off recently and were bundled out of the Premier Sports Cup after a tame defeat at Motherwell.

Killie can get the monkey off their back with a win and build on a good performance in their last game when they had to play with ten men at St Mirren. If you want to learn more about this game, check our Kilmarnock vs Dundee United preview.

One of the other sides who have failed to win a league game this season are draw specialists Dumbarton and their run could continue with Queen of the South a solid shout at 10/11 at home to beat them with McBookie.com.

If the Dumfries outfit are serious about promotion back to the Championship where they really should be, then they have to beating teams like Dumbarton.

The newly-promoted side have somehow managed to draw six of their seven league games so far this season, but they are in for a tough test at Palmerston Park,

Peter Murphy's men have won all three of their home league games so far this season and can make it four against the Sons.

Queen's Park look too big at 13/8 with McBookie.com to win at Dunfermline.

The Pars crashed to a last minute goal last week to lose at Partick Thistle, but offered up absolutely nothing in attack.

They will have to go for it more at East End Park against Callum Davidson's side who are very good defensively.

The Spiders should have Dom Thomas back and the ex-Dunfermline man should provide creativity and the Hampden side can edge what is likely to be a low-scoring affair.
