Best tennis tips and predictions today

After going over what’s in store on Friday, let’s check which bets we selected as the can’t-miss ones for you.

Rakhimova to defeat Osorio @ 7/10

Kamila Rakhimova might have never beaten Camila Osorio before, but we’re picking her to do that here. She’s been in superb form recently, winning last week’s event in Guadalajara, and she’s kept playing well this week.

While Osorio is a very good tennis player who can perform well on all surfaces, both of her wins over Rakhimova have come on clay. That’s not a surprise, as she prefers that surface.

It’s the opposite for the Russian, who loves to play on hard courts, and her aggressive style will likely yield more success on these types of courts. The odds are great value, which surprised us a little bit.

They’re dropping rapidly, so grab them as quickly as you can because they’re going to keep dropping. Everything has been working for her in Mexico, and after some solid showings on the WTA Tour, it was bound to happen sooner rather than later.

She’s played so well that she could win this event, so we’re going to keep backing her until she proves us wrong.

Starodubtseva vs Kartal over 20.5 games @ 5/6

This is a pretty interesting matchup between two players who have been on fire this year on hard courts. The Ukrainian has a 19-9 record on this surface, while Kartal has a 27-2 record.

It’s important to note that Kartal won most of her matches on the ITF Tour, which isn’t the case for the Ukrainian. She’s been playing really solid tennis against good opposition for a while, and it’s no wonder she won their only previous match.

It happened recently at the US Open, and it was a three-set match that easily went over 20.5 games. We expect the same to happen here because they’re pretty close in level.

The courts in Monastir are high-bouncing, which can be tiring to play on, so generally, we should expect lots of twists and turns.

Mostly, it comes down to us not liking either player to win in straight sets. The Ukrainian is the underdog here, which makes sense due to Kartal playing really well, but we think she can keep it close or at least win a set.

With these odds, this is perfect value, so we’re backing it to happen.
