ON a busy night of Premier League action, it's the Merseyside derby that takes centre stage as Everton look to deliver a fatal blow to Liverpool's title dream.
The Reds got back to winning ways on Sunday with a victory at Fulham but a dust-up with the neighbours across Stanley Park is a big test of mettle.
Everton were battered 6-0 by Chelsea last midweek but that hammering came between two massively important wins over relegation rivals Burnley and Nottingham Forest.
That has moved Sean Dyche's men five points clear of the drop zone and fans would love to take another huge stride to safety by winning in the derby for just the second time in 30 meetings.

Unfortunately the game I wanted as my nap hasn’t been listed anywhere for the cup but I keep coming back to these two games for goals. Gulfs in quality between the sides in each match should see the away sides score at least a couple of goals, and hopefully the lower leagued sides throw caution to the wind and contribute too which I expect them to do. Wouldn’t put anyone off taking each game over 4.5mgs as a single and at 8/5 and 17/10 are good prices to stand alone. Iv taken the risk of combining them and while not a full nap stake, i don’t think it will be far off.
