MANCHESTER CITY travel to bottom club Southampton and if the Saints didn't think their task was hard enough, goal phenomenon Erling Haaland looks set to return too.
City remain eight points behind leaders Arsenal although they do have a game in hand and of course, still have to play them at the Etihad later this month.
They had to do without the Norwegian hitman last week for their home game with Liverpool, but it mattered little as they swept the Scousers away in a 4-1 win.
In fact, Pep Guardiola's side have now won seven games in a row in all competitions and appear to be hitting form at the business end of the season – the perfect time.
They've also scored 17 goals in their last three games in an ominous sign for their rivals.
Saints are bottom of the league and four points from safety although it is an extremely congested relegation dogfight this season.
However, Ruben Selles' men have won just one out of their last 11 games in all competitions and last week's loss at West Ham was a Hammer blow in more ways than one.
Added to that is that they have the worst home record in the league with just two wins out of 14.
How the bookies view it
There's obviously not going to be much value on a Manchester City win at 2/9 with bet365.
Southampton are huge underdogs at 12/1 with William Hill and the draw is 11/2 with 10Bet.
Recent head to heads
City won 4-0 in Manchester earlier this season although they were stunned 2-0 at St Mary's in the League Cup and they had plenty of their main men playing in it.
Historically, St Mary's has been a tough struggle for City with a league draw last season and Saints have won this fixture twice in the past seven years too.
Players to watch
Theo Walcott is now 34 and he never fulfilled his earlier promise really. However, he scored his first goal of the season against Spurs the other week and the former Arsenal star is8/1 to score anytime with bet365.
All eyes will be on Haaland to see if he can add to his incredible tally of 48 this season for club and country. Few would bet against him reaching the half-century on Saturday night. He is just 4/7 to score with UniBet the best price.
Anything else catch the eye?
City are rolling over opponents at the moment and despite St Mary's not being their favourite venue, it's hard to see anything other than a romp here with Haaland leading the way.
Value is hard to find with City being so short, but Betfred's 4/5 on a City win and over 2.5 goals looks about as solid a bet as you can get here.
Haaland has scored nine goals in his last three matches, so it's hardly inconceivable he could net a double here. Paddy Power's 12/5 on him doing just that appeals.
