HEARTS return to Championship action after taking a week off to reach the Scottish Cup Final.

The Jambos proved they are a Premiership side in all but name by beating Hibs and can make it three wins out of three in the league at home to Inverness.

They have won five out of six at home to their Highland rivals who have started with a win, a draw and a defeat.

Hearts are 2-5 at McBookie and it's fine on accas while Hearts an both to score pays 2-1 against a side that's scored and conceded in all of their games.

Leaders Dunfermline head to Ayr where they have won on three of their last four trips.

The Pars are 5-4 at McBookie and with both to scoring landing in each of both sides' last three that will be a popular pick.

In League One my antepost pick Cove have started well with three wins and can make it four at home to Forfar.

Cove needed a last-gasp goal to beat Partick Thistle last week but should find it easier against winless opponents.

The Aberdeen men are just 2-9 with McBookie but could win to nil at 6-5 and take prolific Mitch Megginson to score first at 13-5.

Cove's nearest challengers are Falkirk – not a shock – and Dumbarton who are surprise guys.

Jim Duffy's men haven't conceded in their opening three and will fancy their chances at basement boys East Fife.

The Sons look a tad big at 13-5 and are 6-1 to win to nil. Even Dumbarton draw no bet tempts at 15-8 and looking at h2h they've lost one in five visits to New Bayview.

Arbroath have made a rotten start and QoS will tempt some at 23-10 with McBookie at Gayfield.

In League Two Queen's Park are not surprisingly setting the pace and travel to second-placed Elgin who will be backed by 300 fans.

Queen's, like Dumbarton, haven't conceded and best bet here could be under 2.5 goals at 5-6 with McBookie.

Super Single

  • Dumbarton to win to nil
  • (6-1, McBookie)

Top Treble

  • Hearts
  • Ayr vs Dunfermline btts
  • Elgin vs Queen's Park under 2.5 goals
  • (47-10, McBookie)
