There is one Europa League tie with Progres Niederkorn tackling Zeta and the Luxembourg side are well known to Rangers fans having played them the past two seasons, winning against Pedro Caixinha's side and losing to Steven Gerrard's men. Progres are one for accas at 3-5 with Betfred.

Today sees the play offs reach the semi final stage and we have 2 matches. It’s the first one that interest me more and it’s the 2 form teams in the league at the moment. The second game sees Sydney take on Perth and neither side come into this in decent form. Bookies make Sydney (who won the regular season with about 5 games to spare) just slightly better than evens and that tells a story of its own. They only managed 1 victory in post lockdown matches, yes the league was won but they went almost full strength every game. I reckon they will scrape past Perth here but I’m keeping extra time and pens on side.

If you check odds for lokomotiv in previous games those are very high. I guess it has to do with transfer of their goalie to atletico. From info I could find, he was a fundamental player last season. On top of that also several other regular starters have left the team.

Damn!! Was writing an essay on my judgement for the upcoming Celtic game and it got erased at one point with a songle click 💩 so to keep it short now – tight game. Rebrov is coming from those times where no beauty of the game is rememberred but the result. His team is quite strong defensively and will bite on counterattack. The odds are driven down by money flow where most fans reside. Given that Edouard wont play, I believe they stand a chance. I believe -2 handicap for Ferencvaros is an excellent value here.

If they played in England I believe they and Rangers would quickly be top-six sides – not because of the squads they have now but because of the resources that would be available to them coupled with huge crowds when fans are allowed back.
You forget finance dictates and English football have billions from TV that’s not there for Scottish clubs.
Mr fix we should stop hiding behind funds and large crowds… The quality is poor in general… If you can’t get out of qualifying rounds on several occasions against so called lesser opponents.. Then there’s something not right.
In the Champions League money buys quality but Celtic should still be beating Ferencvaros.
