TRAINER Robyn Brisland has been sending out winners at nearby Southwell from his Nottinghamshire base and he has prospects of a short-priced double.
NAVAJO DAWN (1.25) built on a couple of promising efforts by scooting up over course and distance 11 days ago and a 4lb rise is unlikely to stop the filly's progress.

HARBOUR FRONT (1.55) could see former jockey Brisland back in the limelight 30 minutes later. The four-year-old wasn't beaten far when fourth to Sharp Suited in a novice stakes at Newcastle, following his debut third at Chelmsford City in October behind John Gosden's Pianissimo.
Andrew Balding's Luck Of Clover has a clear chance on the back of several placed efforts and although lacking a turn of foot, this surface may play to her strengths.
She ran third at Bath (soft) in October and Luck Of Clover has performed well enough at Kempton and Wolverhampton to suggest she will go well here.

unlucky, typically skeptical about backing hcappers who won lto, especially fully exposed sorts, granted he won 4 in a row but not many do it, asdaa also ‘franked’ the form i suppose but 5 timers are hard.
custard the dragon was 11lbs below his last win, the 2nd was 9lbs below his last win, smokey lane looked a lay, private matter had won lto but was up in class and 5lbs and as i say won lto, i think trainers make money by lowering the horse’s rating then betting when a decent price, 7/1 last time only 2/1 today.
