ALAN is bidding to make it back-to-back winning naps with Soldier's Minute on Saturday and has six other bets from a packed day's racing.

Doncaster 1.50

EQUILATERAL routed the opposition by eight lengths and more on his only previous visit to Doncaster and should go close in the opening Unibet Cammidge Trophy. Charlie Hills has been among the winners and Equilateral also made all to score with plenty at hand at Leicester in September. He was restrained when fourth to Mr Lupton in a Group 3 at Newbury and is probably best when allowed to use his stride racing up with the pace.

Kempton 2.05

FABRICATE landed the 2018 Matchbook Magnolia Stakes at Kempton and will make a bold bid to follow up running in the Queen’s silks. He has a tough nut to crack in Mark Johnston’s Matterhorn, seeking his sixth straight all-weather victory and now stepping up in class.

Doncaster 2.25

AL JELLABY is fairly consistent at a decent level for Clive Cox and he should play a prominent role in the Unibet Spring Mile. Al Jellaby tried to make all here on the round course at the end of June but was beaten a neck by Ulshaw Bridge. I’m pretty sure he’ll welcome a return to turf following a couple of runs on the all-weather.

Kempton 2.40

SOLDIER’S MINUTE landed some tasty bets when bolting up at Kempton a week ago and the Scottish raider will take some stopping over course and distance in the 6f handicap. Keith Dalgleish has again booked Joe Fanning and Soldier’s Minute gets the vote over Wolverhampton scorer Desert Doctor.

Kempton 3.15

CASPAR THE CUB is worth an each-way punt in the Rosebery Handicap, especially if all 16 runners make it to post. Alan King’s gelding likes it at Kempton and holds a verdict over top weight Count Calabash and Pipes Of Peace when they clashed before Christmas. Count Calabash turned the tables in no uncertain tables when allowed to dictate matters in February but Caspar The Cub will be better suited by a strong end-to-end gallop if Nicola Currie can find some cover from a bad draw in stall 16.

Doncaster 3.35

RIPP ORF is seen at his very best contesting cavalry charges on a straight course so the Unibet Lincoln at Doncaster should see David Elsworth’s gelding in a good light.

The five year-old ran no fewer than 16 times between January and October last year, notching four victories along the way. He landed  the 27-runner Victoria Cup and the 20-runner Cunard Cup, both over seven furlongs at Ascot, and although this stiff mile may stretch his stamina to the limit, Ripp Orf should give his supporters a good run for their dough.

No Irish horse has won the Lincoln since Saving Mercy 35 years ago but ex-Godolphin Saltonstall is interesting for in-form trainer Ado McGuiness. James Doyle is missing the Dubai World Cup and rides Godolphin’s Auxerre, not seen since winning at Kempton in October and still unexposed on turf.

bol to all, looks like many competitive races for us to enjoy

355 U – Case has two at Uttoxeter, 4 winners and one PU is as hot as it gets, in to 8s based on that fact alone I imagine, he was 14s last night. He beat Smarty Wilde over 3f less who then went on to win 3 in a row, 2 of those by 11 and 6 lengths off 120, 3lbs higher than our selection is today. His trustee 5lb claimer is at the track but not on board which for me is a minor concern despite having Wayne Hutch on board. Shanty Alley 8/1 @ 1pt e/w.

    225d – exec chef 5/4, 240k – george bowen 13/8, 315k casper the cub 6/4, liberation day 11/10 all to place 0.25 @ 25/1
    135k sucellus, 11/8 thunder buddy, 1/10 liberation day to place, 0.5pts @ 7.61/1

wow, i think EXEC CHEF would have won that if it was for Rampant Lion causing him grief, only tipped up to place so 2nd is all the same, a big DAMN for GEORGE BOWEN, i really liked his chances today with the addition of a 5lb claimer, he just went in very nicely for leg 2 of our place bet, a run for our money at least.

two nice picks to start us off but then the inevitable happens, need to stop being so greedy, especially when others may be following with hard earned money, very annoying to see my EW shout miss out by 1 place, he was at least 7 horses wide the whole way and still looked to have a good chance, the jockey didn’t do us many favours looking as if he held him when winning the race became an impossibility.

Would you have a one you fancy the most? A nap from you daily would make things easier for us to follow. I always seem pick the wrong one lately.

I agree a nap and i would follow it shows confidence. Following all 5 tips would never show profit. I like 2 or 3 bets a day from 3 different tipsters. €2 on each is all i do just fun for me not a serious horse gambler. Poker on line is a different story!

Good Morning & WELL DOES those with WINNERS yesterday.

    Yay, the flat is back!

Easy to get sucked in today on the hype, over 100 horses competing to win just 7 races with little up to date form book knowledge and most horses have big question marks on fitness, year after year you hear the trainers quote after the race that their horse needed the run.

Over in Dubai, I have to say the Dubai World Cup looks a Borderline Grade 1 at best, and past winners have come home at anything from 4/11 to 20/1.

Tonight Southwell launch there official opening of floodlight racing and the Skelton brothers use Uttoxeter like an ATM (Automated Teller Machine)

    My Saturday Lucky 15 Bet:
    1:55 Stratford – Petit Palace
    2:05 Kempton – Matterhorn
    5:05 Uttoxeter – Zamparelli
7:00 Southwell – Weld Al Emarat

Good luck if you are playing Doncaster.

only ever used Sporting Life, it is a simple 1 click option and I find it quite easy, also has the best lay out for form research and race cards also better than RP by a mile for me. you can login via numerous accounts i.e. skybet.
