Lyon v Man City
Champions League. Tuesday, November 27. KO 8pm. Live on BT Sport 1
Man City were jolted into action by a matchday one Champions League loss to Lyon – and should gain revenge on Tuesday night.
Pep Guardiola's side have kicked on massively since that stunner and victory in France tonight will clinch top spot in Group F.
Lyon have drawn their three games since winning at the Etihad and twice chucked away points against Hoffenheim.
Last time out at home it was particularly painful as they conceded a two-goal lead to 10 men.
City resumed where they left off before the international break with a 4-0 thumping of West Ham at the London Stadium and should justify their favourites' tag.
Bookies know it with 888sport going 21-50 for the champions to make it nine wins in a row. Lyon are 6-1 with the draw paying 21-5.
Pep's great entertainers have netted 11 in three since and Lyon conceded seven so there should be loads of goals. Taking a City win and over 2.5 goals that ups the odds to evens.
Sergio Aguero is first scorer favourite at 29-10 with on-form Leroy Sane worth a look at 13-2. To score at any time it's 13-20 Aguero and 7-4 respectively.
Lyon are unbeaten in seven so won't be sitting ducks but could be without Nabil Fekir who netted one of their goals at the Etihad.
In the other Group F game I'm backing Hoffenheim at 17-20 with 888sport to keep alive hopes of finishing second by beating Shakhtar Donetsk.

- Man City & over 2.5 match goals (Evens, 888sport)
