CELTIC begin the weekend six points behind leaders Hearts but remain odds on at BetVictor to retain the title with Rangers 3-1.
Leaders Hearts entertain St Johnstone and are 8-13 to keep the points with the visitors 5-1 and the draw 14-5.
The champions are 4-11 to beat the Dons at Parkhead and the sides will both be playing at Hampden in the League Cup semi-finals next month.
Celtic are 4-5 to retain the Cup with Rangers 3-1, the Dons 5-1 and Hearts 7-1.
Chelsea entertain Liverpool in the big game in the Premier League tonight less than 72 hours after their Eden Hazard-inspired win at Anfield in the League Cup on Wednesday.
I’m not convinced the result midweek will have much bearing on what happens at Stamford Bridge.
Liverpool are 29-20 at BetVictor to make it seven wins on the spin from the start of the season and would become only the second side to do so in the history of the PL.
Chelsea are 15-8 to leapfrog Jurgen Klopp’s side in the table with the draw priced at 13-5.
Liverpool have only won one of their last eight away PL games at the big six against Spurs earlier in the campaign.
Hazard has scored four times in his last two home games and is 7-4 to find the back of Alisson’s net. It promises to be a cracker and I fancy a draw which might suit Man City.
A 1-1 draw is priced at 13-2 with BetVictor and that is the recommendation.
A disappointing week for Man United and the rocky relationship between manager Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba resurfaced after the draw with Wolves. United travel to the capital for the early kick-off against West Ham who held Chelsea 0-0 last week.
The Irons have only won one of their last 19 PL games with United and I expect a draw.
Romelu Lukaku has scored in all three of United’s league games on the road this season – only three players have scored in the first four away games of an EPL season – Thierry Henry 2001-02, Daniel Sturridge 2013-14 and Sergio Aguero 2014-15. Lukaku is 23-20 to find the back of the Hammers’ net today.
I will be surprised if Wolves – one of only five sides with unbeaten home records in the division – don’t beat Southampton and the recommendation is Wolves -1 on the handicap at 23-10 with BetVictor.
