The Saudis were incredibly bad at the back – looked OK going forward in spells but defensively they were as bad as you can imagine.

Ronaldo is notoriously bad at scoring in main international tournaments. I think people know how critical he can be to drive a team forward, but he’s getting on a bit now, his league future is yet to be determined and I think as per usual, teams will mark him/foul him out of the game as they have done in previous tournaments. Ronaldo is in dire need of more than an extra yard of space because he’s more than a yard short of where he needs to be, to be the player he has been this past 10 years. Sadly, age is something that catches up with everyone and I feel Ronaldo knows this, that’s why he’s hinting about leaving Real Madrid. I know he’d love to break his duck in the WC/Euro’s but I just don’t see it happening.

Apologies on the duff Morocco goals bet tip, early on they looked nailed on for it the way they bossed the game. Missed chances + overpaid cheating diving barstewards on both sides ruined what could of been a promising game for both punters and the neutrals.
