THERE are 11 EFL Cup ties tonight and while team news is important we know all the Premier League sides will be weakened.

That makes it tougher to pick winners and even the Championship outfits will rest players.

I've gathered some team news and if you have any key omissions to mention stick them up here.

Macathered has tipped Leicester to beat a weakened Liverpool but will the Foxes go full strength ahead of the sides' Premier League meeting back at the King Power on Saturday night?

Jamie Vardy is a doubt and unlikely to feature while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will make his first star for Liverpool and be joined by third-choice keeper Danny Ward, midfielder Marko Grujic and young striker Dominic Solanke. Sadio Mane serves the second game of his three-match ban.

Bournemouth tackle Brighton four days after Eddie Howe's men beat the Seagulls 2-1 in the league and both managers have said they'll rotate their squad.

Huddersfield go back to a Crystal Palace side they beat 3-0 on day one – this time to face a new boss in Roy Hodgson who admits fans will need to remain patient as he tries to turn things around at Selhurst Park.

Spurs welcome Barnsley to Wembley with Fernando Llorente making his first start. Summer signing Juan Foyth  will also feature as do academy graduates such as Harry Winks, Tashan Oakley-Boothe and Kyle Walker-Peters.

West Ham entertain rock-bottom Championship side Bolton without Andy Carroll and Swansea start Wilfried Bony at Reading. Stoke and Burnley will as usual ring the changes against Bristol City and Leeds respectively.

Leicester will be weakened as well. Shakespear said he has four players out injured and dont expect any of them to start. Four are below:
    Jamie Vardy
    Matty James
    Christian Fuchs
    Robert Huth

So its not too bad for liverpool. Liverpool always do well in league cup and have reached last 3 semi finals.
