IT really is getting much tougher for punters looking for matches and value and as we'll all be hearing and reading it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better sadly.

In the meantime though we still have a scattering of games from across the globe, including three matches from Turkey and one from the Russian Premiership.

Was keen to follow last night's South American 5/6 and 11/4 total goals winners with another goals total bet tonight and although Sky Bet are offering it on the above 4 games, I do think 11+ total goals is a stretch and probably best left alone.

One game that should support it though is the Turkish 1. Lig match between Eskisehirspor and Adana Demirspor.

Eskisehirspor vs Adana Demirspor (KO 4pm)

There won't be many people outside of Turkey who can say they have been to Eskisehir to watch football but I am one of them having travelled to the city in 2012 with 250 other St Johnstone fans to watch us play them in a Europa League qualifier.

Since then though it's been a disaster for the Turkish side as despite moving to a new 34,000 seater stadium only a couple of year ago, on the pitch they have dropped out the Super Lig and are currently bottom of 1. Lig with another relegation more than likely.

Eleven of their 13 home games have delivered at least two goals (8 btts and over 2.5) and they welcome the Hibs of the Turkish second tier, Adana Demirspor, a side who are scoring goals for fun but are a defensive shambles at the back.

They occupy 7th spot and are right in the mix for promotion  – their last 10 matches have delivered an incredible 46 goals (1-6 2-2 1-3 4-1 2-1- 4-2 2-3 1-1 2-2 2-3) all 10 seeing both sides score and 9 seeing at least 3 goals.

They may have scored 28 goals but they conceded 18, shipping no fewer than 2+ goals  in 6 of those games. It's no surprise they are the league's highest scores and just as well given all the goals they concede.

It's a united nations side they have with no fewer than 16 non-Turkish players in their squad and that mix is doing the business.

Its a massive game for both sides and going by previous encounters (last 6 all over 2.5 goals) we should see goals here with both sides contributing given Adana's gung-ho approach (conceded 2 or more in 5 of their last 6).

Recommended Bets:

  • Over 3.0 goals (Asian goal line)
  • 9/10 (Bet365)
  • Over 1.5 second half goals
  • 4/5 (Bet365)
  • Eskisehirspor over 1.5 team goals
  • 3/1 (Bet365 small stake )
