View our expert's Goals Accumulator Tips & Predictions for Thursday which features an over 2.5 goals selection a side to score 2+ goals and two teams to score 3+ goals.
Our Goals Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
Estonia to Score 3+
Estonia host minnows San Marino at the Lilleküla Stadium in their opening Nations League match in League D.
In World Cup qualifying, Estonia managed to avoid bottom spot, finishing a point above Belarus, unlike San Marino who lost all 10 of their qualifiers.
Thomas Häberli’s side managed to score six goals in their four qualifiers at home, scoring twice against both Belgium and the Czech Republic.
San Marino conceded 46 times in their 10 group games and the Sinisärgid should have way too much firepower for the lowest ranked European nation.
Georgia to Score 3+
Gibraltar travel to Tbilisi to take on Georgia at the Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena to kick off this years Nations League campaign.
After collecting just a point from their opening six World Cup Qualifiers, Willy Sagnol’s finished their campaign with back-to-back wins away to Kosovo and at home to Sweden.
Gibraltar, on the other hand, finished rock bottom of their qualifying group, losing all 10 of their qualifiers, conceding 43 goals in total.
Given Georgia’s recent upturn in form, they should run out comfortable winners here and score at least three times against this leaky Gibraltar defence.
Israel vs Iceland – Over 2.5 Goals
Two sides who failed to qualify for this years World Cup meet in Haifa, as Israel play host to Iceland.
Despite an impressive start, Israel could only finish third in their World Cup Qualifying group, whilst Iceland had a disappointing campaign, only finishing above minnows Lichtenstein in fifth.
Alon Hazan’s hosts were one of the highest-scoring sides in qualifying, finding the back of the net 23 times, only failing to score in their two matches with group winners Denmark.
However, they conceded 21 times, with their only clean sheet coming away to the Faroe Islands, therefore, there’s a good chance we’ll see at least three strikes in Haifa this evening.
Serbia to Score 2+
Two sides who had contrasting fortunes in qualifying for this years World Cup meet in Belgrade, as Serbia play host to Norway.
The Serbian’s qualified for this years World Cup in dramatic fashion, as Aleksandar Mitrović scored a stoppage-time winner in Lisbon to snatch top-spot off the Portuguese.
Norway, on the other hand, finished third behind both Holland and Turkey, with Stäle Solbakken’s side drawing 0-0 at home to Latvia and losing 2-0 in Amsterdam in their final two qualifiers.
Serbia scored 12 goals in their four home qualifiers, scoring on multiple occasions in all four and I’m backing them to score another brace against a Norway side that conceded seven goals in their four qualifiers against Holland and Turkey.
