NO French Ligue 2 games tonight but still focused on French football as the national team make the short trip to play a much improved Holland side
Holland v France (7.45pm)
League A action as these two meet for the second time having played out a 2-1 French win in Paris. The dutch competed well and were a bit unfortunate to lose the match but overall the Dutch national side are definitely in a much better place than this time last year.
They humiliated Germany 3-0 at home in their Nations league opener and also managed to hold Belgium 1-1 in a friendly last month – that's impressive form against three of the worlds best sides and they'll hold no fears against the world cup winners.
From what I've read, Dutch Manager Ronald Koeman has fully fit squad to choose from and they know they need to get a result here if they have any chance of winning this group. Memphis Depay has been in good goal scoring form and will be Holland's main threat and although there is no doubting they are playing against an excellent French side, they are far from solid defensively.
France have conceded in their last three games (Holland x1 Iceland x2 Germany x1) and I don't see them keeping a clean sheet in Rotterdam.
This should be a really entertaining game I'd expect a similar match to the tie in France with both sides scoring and that should lead us to at least three goals
