Using my site is pretty straight-forward, but you may have some questions you'd like answered before you sign-up. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions below.
Using the site
If you do not have your password you can retrieve it by going here.
If you have forgotten your username and email address used when you registered please email us at hello@mrfixitstips.co.uk with the subject ‘Forgotten username' and we will endeavour to assist you to log-in.
You can change your display name in the My Account > My Profile > Edit section. Edit the field called ‘Name'.
We recommend that you do not change your display name often, in order that other members can identify and find you easily.
We take any form of abuse very seriously. If you feel that a member is being abusive to yourself or another member then please email us at hello@mrfixitstips.co.uk. We will consider each case and take appropriate action where necessary.

Memberships
We are no longer accepting new paid memberships as of March 2024. As such, no membership upgrade is possible. All memberships will expire automatically at the end of the membership period, and won't repeat.
