Scottish League 1 leaders Cove Rangers will look to maintain their position at the top of the table as they play host to bottom side East Fife.
Cove are the form team in the division, with Paul Hartley’s side currently on a five match winning streak, scoring 13 goals and conceding none in the process.
East Fife, on the other hand, are winless in their last five matches and The Fifer’s have a poor record on their travels, collecting just two points out of a possible 27.
Cove have been strong at home once again this season and have been scoring plenty, finding the back of the 22 times in their nine matches and I’m them to score at least twice against an East Fife side that concede 2+ in 7/9 of their away matches.
Annan Athletic vs Kelty Hearts – Over 2.5 Goals
Scottish League 2 runaway league leaders Kelty Hearts take on an in form Annan Athletic side at Galabank.
Kevin Thomson’s side are currently seven points clear of Forfar at the top, despite playing a game less and come into this on a five game winning run.
Annan are currently positioned in 3rd and come into this in decent nick themselves, winning each of their last three, scoring on eight occasions.
Annan have scored in each of their last seven matches at home and with Kelty scoring 20 goals in just seven matches on their travels, theres every chance we’ll see both sides scoring and that should us to over 2.5 goals.
Forfar to Score 2+
Forfar look to try and keep pace with league leaders Kelty Hearts as they play host to Stenhousemuir at Station Park.
Forfar come into this in fine fettle, with Jim Weir’s side winning seven of their last eight matches in League 2, including each of their last four.
Stenhousemuir come into this off the back of successive 2-2 draws against both Elgin and Edinburgh City meaning it’s now four without a win.
Forfar have scored 17 goals in their eight home matches, scoring 2+ in seven of them and I’m backing them to score at least twice against a Stenhousemuir side 2+ in each of their last four matches.
Standard Liege vs Zulte Waregem – Both Teams to Score
Five places and just three points separate both Standard Liege and Zulte Waregem and both sides lock horns at the Stade Maurice Dufrasne.
Standard have been plagued with inconsistency all season and that’s been epitomised in their last four matches in which they’ve won two and lost two.
After back to back defeats against the top two in the league, Zulte Waregem scored twice in stoppage time to secure a dramatic 3-2 win over Mechelen.
Both teams to score has landed in nine of Standard’s last 10 matches and with both scoring in 75% of Zulte Waregem’s matches this season, theres a good chance we’ll see both scoring here.
