CELTIC'S treble bid is over and after their Co-op Cup Final defeat to Rangers they are 7-2 with William Hill to finish the season empty-handed.
That's unlikely as Neil Lennon's men are favourites to win the Scottish Cup and still top the SPL from Rangers, although the Ibrox men can leapfrog them by winning their game in hand.
The Hoops remain title favourites and are 6-5 with Hills to win the Double.
After the SPL splits the final Old Firm game could be a title decider and Hills go evens the destination of the championship is settled on the last day of the season and 8-11 it's not.
To be decided on April 23-24 it's 100-1, April 30-May 1 it's 40-1, May 7-8 it's 4-1, May 10-12 it's 11-8 and May 14-15 is evens.
The final Scottish Cup semi-final place will be decided on Tuesday with St Johnstone facing Brechin in a replay at McDiarmid Park.
The Perth men struggled to a 2-2 draw on a swamp of Glebe Park pitch and with better conditions they should be able to take care of the Division Two men at the second attempt.
Saints are a best 1-3 with Chandler while Brechin are a biggest 8-1 with Ladbrokes and bet365.
Collin Samuel is 9-2 with Ladbrokes to score first while the dependable Peter MacDonald is 11-2 at bet365.
Rory McAllister impressed with a double for Brechin in the original tie and the striker is 12-1 at Betfred to score first. He might be worth a punt at 10-3 with Betfred and Paddy Power to net at any time.
Saints have scored at least twice in their last five home games against Brechin.
They are 5-1 with Hills not to score, 23-10 for one, 11-5 for two, 18-5 for three and 9-2 for four or more.
Brechin, however, have netted at least once in six of their last seven visits to St Johnstone. They are 4-7 with Hills not to score and 8-5 for exactly one. On these stats both teams to score looks a good shout and that pays 6-5 with Hills while no is 8-13.
There has been an average of 3.3 goals scored in the last six meetings of the sides so consider over 2.5 with Hills at 10-11.
Recommendation
- Both teams to score (6-5, William Hill)
