View our expert's Goals Accumulator Tips & Predictions for Saturday which features a both teams to score tip, an over 2.5 goals tip and two sides to score 2+.
Our Goals Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
Watford vs Tottenham – Over 2.5 Goals
Tottenham will look to jump into 5th place, at least temporarily, as they make the short trip to Vicarage Road to take on a struggling Watford side.
Spurs could only draw 1-1 away to Southampton last time out, despite playing a good chunk of the match win a man advantage, but it did extend their unbeaten run in the league to six matches.
Despite taking an early lead, Watford were thumped 1-4 at home to West Ham, meaning it’s five defeats on the bounce for Claudio Ranieri’s side.
Each of Watford’s last six fixtures have saw both sides scoring and over 2.5 goals and with Antonio Conte’s sides last six matches producing 17 strikes, there’s every chance we will see at least three goals here.
MK Dons to Score 2+
7th placed MK Dons will look to put pressure on the sides above them in the table as they play host to relegation threatened Gillingham at Stadium MK.
After dropping points in their previous two matches, The Dons got back to winning ways last time out as they came from two down to win 2-3 away to Lincoln City.
The Gills, on the other hand, come into this in dyer form, with Steve Evans side without a win in their last eight League 1 matches, losing each of their last five.
Only the top two sides have scored more goals than MK Dons in League 1 and I’m expecting Liam Manning’s side to score at least twice against a Gillingham side that’s conceded 2+ in five of their last six away from home.
Oxford United to Score 2+
Oxford United will look to consolidate their place in the playoffs as they play host to midtable Cheltenham Town at the Kassam Stadium.
Karl Robinson’s side come into this suffering just one defeat in their last 11 league matches, with the U’s winning seven of them, including three of their last four.
The Robins lost 0-2 at home to Plymouth Argyle last time out, meaning it’s now five without a win for Michael Duff’s side, losing three of them.
Oxford United have scored on multiple occasions in each of their last four, as well as in five of their last six at home and I’m predicting them to score at least twice at home against a Cheltenham side that’s conceded 14 goals in their last five matches.
Crystal Palace vs West Ham – Both Teams to Score
Two sides who both come into this winning their last match face off at Selhurst Park, as 11th placed Crystal Palace host 5th placed West Ham.
Crystal Palace kept up their strong home form last time out as they comfortably defeated Norwich City 3-0, meaning it’s just one defeat at Selhurst Park this season for Patrick Vieira’s side.
West Ham put an end to a three match winless run, as they came from a goal down to defeat relegation threatened Watford 1-4 at Vicarage Road.
The Eagles have scored in each of their last nine at home, scoring 17 goals and with David Moyes’s side only being outscored by the top three, there’s a good chance we’ll see goals at both ends here.
