Benfica have one foot in the Champions League play-offs after a win in Nice last week and it would be a surprise if they failed to finish the job against the French side in Lisbon.
Our man Greg tipped the Portuguese giants to be too strong in the first leg and two bets landed for him as they scored twice in the second half to seal a 2-0 victory.
That continued a dreadful run of European results for the Ligue 1 side after they failed to win a single game in the revamped Europa League last term.
So it's hard to hold out much hope for Frank Haise's side as they bid to turn this tie around at the famous Estadio da Luz.
Benfica have reached the group stage of the Champions League for 15 successive seasons and Bruno Lage's side look in good shape to keep that record going.
But Nice did manage to beat European champions PSG 3-1 away from home towards the end of last term so they will refuse to give up on their own dream of sitting at the top table.
How the bookies view it: No way back for Nice
After losing 2-0 at home in the first leg, Nice are BoyleSports' 4/1 outsiders for a Lisbon win. Benfica are 4/9 favourites for another victory and the draw pays 3/1.
Head to head: Second time around
That clash in France last week was the first competitive meeting, although Benfica also beat Nice 3-0 in a friendly back in 2022.
Players to watch: Ivanovic back for more
Young Croatian striker Franjo Ivanovic opened his account for Benfica by scoring the opening goal in Nice. He also netted 26 times last term for Rijeka, Union Saint-Gilloise and his national team so he could be worth a punt for another goal here at 11/10 with Bet365.
Isak Jansson was a big summer signing for Nice after impressing at Rapid Vienna. The winger netted nine times last season and is 5/1 to get on the scoresheet in Lisbon,
Probable line-ups
Benfica are still without long-term absentees Alexander Bah and Manu while Kerem Akturkoglu and Bruma also missed out last week. Nice look set to be without Morgan Sanson, Youssouf Ndayishimiye and Mohamed Abdelmonem.
Benfica: Trubin, Silva, Dedic, Dahl, Otamendi, Barrenechea, Aursnes, Rios, Schjelderup, Ivanovic, Pavlidis.
Nice: Diouf, Dante, Bah, Mendy, Boudaoui, Louchet, Bard, Clauss, Moffi, Bouanani, Jansson.
Anything else catch the eye?
Nice need to go it with a two-goal deficit to overturn so this should be an open game. The only caveat is that an early goal for Benfica would kill the tie stone dead but I still think we'll see goals in this one. Over 2.5 strikes pays just 8/13 at BoyleSports but adding on BTTS boosts the odds to 11/10.
The Portuguese side look a cut above Nice and they should claim another win at home. Backing them to be winning at half-time and full-time pays 11/8 at BoyleSports and that could be worth a punt.
The first leg hit double figures for corners but that count may drop here if Benfica get in front and the intensity of the game drops. So I'm going for under 10.5 corners in this one once that bet is priced up.
