IT wasn't the greatest night on the Europa League but I managed to land my 3-1 Top Treble.
I took Rangers -1, Torino-1 and Espanyol -2 but my moneyback fivefold wasn't even close.
On my Europa League piece I called draw and both to score in the Aberdeen correctly and also suggested Wolves to win to nil and not to rout Crusaders.
On their match previews kevinmac was spot on with Wolves to win and under 4.5 goals while SlipsTips had a full house of three out of three on the Aberdeen game including Sam Cosgrove to score.
Well done to all the other winners on not the easiest of nights with the likes of Malmo, Molde, AZ and Utrecht being held.
On Friday Greg's favourite French Ligue 2 as well as Austrian second tier returns but I imagine he'll be cautious the first few weeks.
There are other games dotted about the Continent plus Elgin v Hibs in the Betfred Cup and this should be a comfortable win for the away side. Kevinmac has posted a separate preview here.
My focus is on Saturday's card and Scottish anteposts for the Daily Record and while it was going to be a no bet I've decided to put up a 1pt treble featuring league starts for champions Genk and Red Bull Salzburg against Kortrijk and Rapid Vienna respectively as well as over 2.5 match goals at Elgin.
