A FEW months ago Man City were three figures to win the Holy Grail of Quadruple – now Coral go just 4-1.
They should take a step closer on Saturday by beating Brighton to reach the Final of the FA Cup but of course suffered a blow in the race for the title as Liverpool came back from behind to sink Southampton.
City are 1-8 with Coral to beat Brighton in 90 minutes and the underdogs are as big as 22-1.

The +1 Derby is a very good value price. However, with Mason Mount hitting the ground running with 1 goal, 2 assists and a MOM performance in the 6-1 win, I think Derby will be full of beans for their trip to Brentford. Earlier in the season, Derby came from a goal down to I believe a 3-1 win at home. Brentford had a solid 3 nil home win, but if Derby play as well as they did last week, barring any enforced late injuries before kickoff, I think Derby will cover a -1 h/c at around 11/2 – 6/1 price.
I should be up around 2pm to put in team news and a bit of a summary. If I was the gaffer and there’s no injuries, I’d keep the same starting 11.
I think quite a few in the top 10 will cover a -1 h/c tomorrow. Might even be a good day for overs championship goals too. The card just looks ripe for goals.

@Stesmi a few days back, I had a look at the teams chasing down a top 6 finish and aside from Leeds, I think Norwich ( 3 up already ), Derby, Sheff utd, Aston villa, Bristol and Derby against Blackburn midweek could easily cover a -1 h/c. Mr Fixit, my mum put a bet on her account last night for Salah to score anytime from outside the box. She had £50 on at 12/1 which was settled as a losing bet. After reviewing highlights of the game it looks to me as though the ball is just outside the box or on the line but certainly not inside the box. I have numerous stills and video clip and it is quite difficult to determine if inside or outside although I think it is either outside or right on the line which I believe should be a winning bet. The bet was placed with Skybet. I’ve sent them the photos and their traders are currently reviewing them. I went onto the Sky Sports website and they confirm that Salah scores from 18 yards. This is what their website says

That’s what I’m thinking if it’s on the line then that’s not inside the box, so it should count as outside. Same as if it was a goal, the ball would have to be completely over the line for it to count as a goal
On the line is definitely a penalty – not the same rules as a goal.
The line is classed as part of the penalty box if you were fouled on the line it would be a penalty so I’m afraid the bet is a loser as it will be classed inside the box very tough to take.

Incidentally, I’ve never known such an incompetent bookmaker than Ladbrokes. Sadly it is the closest to my house. I pre-wrote my tickets arrived 45 mins before KO. Handed my -1 h/c acca tickets to the counter staff and asked them to get the prices off the system. Firs selection Derby -1 NOT ON SYSTEM, just +1, I said in a calm voice ” You’re joking “, The idiot next to the clerk raised his voice at me and rather sternly said ” Don’t talk to her like that ! “, I then pointed out I didn’t like the way he was insinuating that I was speaking condescendingly to his colleague and he should adjust the way he spoke to me.
Once again, I was guided to their “prices ” on their betstations – because they have more markets. – At the expense of a big hit in odds. The staff at this Ladbrokes are rude, forthright, lazy and the suits in that chain are forcing customers on to the machines that represent around 20-40% less value per selection. My next shop bet will be the next closest bookie – I think Totesport. Rant over.
You can’t generalise to be fair. The staff in my local Ladbrokes are excellent but shop prices and markets are really poor.
In my opinion it’s the same with the BetStations which are not Ladbrokes prices.
William Hill betting terminals are much better and I can choose from both shops.
Staff may have been under the cosh due to Grand National day as they ain’t normally rude to customers – apart from once when I was in a Ladbrokes shop in Clydebank and they couldn’t find a score. I showed them result on my phone on live score but I was told I was being insulting. Simple solution – I haven’t returned to the shop and you should stay away too.

No weeguy,they nearly did,but starter never gave them the off,so they just turned round and lined up again.
There wasn’t a false start – the race would have start and be stopped for that to happen.
He did ask them to wait once because he wasn’t happy with how some were approaching the line but that’s not a false start.

Can anyone offer advice I’ve had a acca edge(stake returned 1 wrong) with betfair 1 lost and the other abandoned.
They have voided the game and not give the stake back?
Unfortunately that’s correct and it’s happened to me in the past.
All games have to be played or the acca edge itself doesn’t come into play.
Commented about this in the past. It will be in their terms and conditions but no one reads them.
Tell them you didn’t know about the rule but are aware now and ask if they’ll consider returning the stake.
