The wanderers take on Melbourne city today and while both sides sit in the top 3, they couldn’t be at any further ends of the spectrum when it comes to goals. Wsw have seen just 10 in their 5 games while city’s have seen 22 in their 6 (19 in the last 4) including the 7 goal thriller at Brisbane last time out where they conceded 4. Having watched every Brisbane match this season apart from last week I’d have said they would’ve struggled to score 4 all season never mind in 1 game against the league leaders, so there’s definitely a defensive fragility about city and allied to the fact Jamie mcclaren looks as if he can score every time he pulls his boots on I think that we could see goals in this game. For me skybets goals/corners/cards line is taylormade for this type of game and I was surprised to see it odds against as I thought it would be around 8/11.
