It’s nice to jump back on the thread with some nice racing on the flat at Lingfield on Saturday.
Although I’m not active on the comments or posting as regular as I was, I’m still always keeping an eye on everything and in contact with Rizz and it’s great to see him on hot form at present!
Just one selection for Saturday advised as an each way bet.
3:15 Lingfield
Market eyes are all on the Ballydoyle filly Emily Dickson. Don’t get me wrong, I can understand why. She came from well off the pace, out of nowhere to fly up the centre and nab the two front runners on the line. It was a gutsy performance given the horse is still learning her trade as a young 3 year old and there’s no doubt she’ll come on again for the run.
She was sent off an 11/10 short priced favourite that day and from watching the race again she needed every yard to get the head in front.
Her current market price is 11/8 and with only 9 runners going to post I think she’s worth taking on at that price.
I really liked the debut performance from my selection BELT BUCKLE. When they hit the bend she was behind the front 3 who broke clear and when the gap opened she stayed on very well to win and seemed to know the job that was in hand.
Given Belt Buckle stayed on and looked to have more in the tank on debut over 1m 1f I can see this trip of 1m 3f working out well.
If you can get the 9/2 I’d take it each-way to cover most of your stake as the race is paying 3 places. If it drops below 4s I advise just going all in to win.
