It wasn’t the worst of days on Friday, my selection of Dolphin Square to place came through at 9/4, he ended up winning the race.
I seen a few of you took my tip and went all out and took him to win. I’m sure you were shouting at the screen in the straight. Well done all winners on that one!
On the other hand my NAP Paisley Park looks a lost cause. I question the tactics of Aiden Coleman who took him to the front and attempted to run the rest of the field ragged. He was travelling well enough but nodded at a fence a few out and when asked to pick up he simply faded and faded very quickly.
I’ll be surprised if connections don’t call it a day with him. Maybe they’ll give him one last roll of the dice at Cheltenham, only time will tell.
I’ve just one selection for tomorrow and it comes from the meeting at Newcastle.

This is a cracking race, I’m looking forward to watching this one. It’s a small field but a competitive one at that. After studying the field I can’t see anything beating Epatante. The Henderson yard is starting to hit form, his big purchase of Jonbon won nicely today and surprisingly drifted out to over even money!
Epatante has only raced twice this year and was last seen when finishing 3rd at Punchestown behind the almighty honeysuckle. That was a decent run and I’m hoping the break and recent back surgery has Epatante returning in tip top shape.
Epatante has an electric turn of foot which I don’t feel the rest of the field have, well at least not to the same degree. Epatante is as consistent as they come, travels well and jumps well.
The Nicholls runner Monmiral is the only runner in the field not to have ran in this race last year. He’s highly regarded and holds an unbeaten record. It’ll be interesting to see how Epatante matches up against Monmiral. I can see this race becoming very tactical.

Thanks very much for your comment. I’ve only been on the page now along side Rizzel for approximately 4 weeks.
I don’t post selections during the week from Monday to Friday unless there is decent racing on. I’ve been brought on board to offer something extra on the weekends for people who follow racing and this page.
I apologise if you don’t see value in some of my selections. Everybody’s interpretation of the word value in punting is different. If backing an 11/8 shot and over doubling your money isn’t a worthy bet for yourself then simply do not place the bet.
Further to your comment, since joining the page as a tipster I’ve been hitting roughly a 60% win rate on my selections and not all my selections are even money shots. For example yesterday I tipped Dolphin square to place at 9/4 from reading comments people didn’t take the place market and went all in, the horse won at 6/1. Previous selections I have tipped recently over even money Frodon and Pyledriver both 2/1 or 9/4 I can’t remember the exact figures. There’s been other winners that I can’t recall right now on top of that.
